In this session, we continue our discussion around "Borrowing Influence" and outline some alternatives to borrowing influence when priorities collide.
We've all been on the giving and receiving end of phrases like, "my boss wants you to..." or "the senior pastor wants this...". Using these kinds of phrases/approaches is known as "borrowing influence". In this episode, we discuss some of the pitfalls of over-borrowing influence and explore how this over-borrowing can impact our effectiveness as leaders.
