Today's episode I get vulnerable and discuss my ADHD journey and how for a long time it controlled my life. I want to issue a trigger warning, there are discussions about eating disorders in this episode.

ADHD affects many people and can be a frustrating and exhausting mental disorder to live with that doesn't get taken seriously enough. I want to take the time to share MY journey.
