Can we Turn around from fear? Fear consumes, but we are called to only fear the lord and keep his commandments.
Worry consumes us, worry takes our focus off what matters most. To turn around from worry we must tell Jesus, and we must fix our eyes on Jesus Christ the one who saved us.
Bitterness affects our relationships and give the enemy a foothold in our homes and churches. Are you consumed with Bitterness? Jesus can help you turn around.
I've done too much. God can't forgive me. Have you ever had these thoughts? Me too. God has removed our sin as far as the East is from the west. Nothing in the present nor the future can separate us from God's love.
This is our Gospel. The gospel is of First importance because there is one name under heaven by which we must be saved. That is Jesus Christ.
The reason we can turn around is because of what Christ has done. Jesus went to the cross for the joy set before him. That joy is that we could be saved!
God still calls sinners to repentance. God showed grace to Jonah throughout the story, but Jonah was upset with God for his compassion towards the city of Ninevah. Are we answering the call to go to sinners?
No Matter what difficult circumstance you are going through, God can use it for good. Joseph was sold, accused, jailed, but God had a purpose. God used evil acts to save all of Egypt and his people from the famine.
David committed adultery, he committed murder, he lied to cover it up. Can a man like that turn around? Yes, he could. If God allowed David to turn around so, can we.
David was a man after God's own heart. He was not where he was supposed to be, and he fell. Are turnarounds available for those that fall into sin?
Peter failed. Jesus restored. No matter what we have done God can restore us and provide a turn around.
To Follow Jesus, we must first believe he is the son of God. Once we follow him God will call us and make us fishers of men! #FollowMe #Fishersofmen #ComeFollowMe
JesusChrist came to bring good news to the poor. He came to set the prisoners to sin and death free.
Do not #Judge. What does Jesus mean by this? Do we still have the responsibility to confront sin?
JesusChrist has Risen and he will return. In #Acts 1 we find out that Jesus will come back the same way that he went to heaven. Are we living in anticipation of the return of Christ? Are we fulfilling the mission that Christ left us to fulfill?
Do we understand the urgency of Evangelism? Do we understand the need that others have for Jesus?
Do we have #blessedassurance in our faith? Join us as we find out that we can have assurance in #jesusChrist.
To God Be the Glory Great Things He has Done. Are we living to give the glory he is due?
Are we willing to pray thy will be done? Are we looking for God's purposes or our own? #ThyWill #NotourWill
Does #Prayer work? Why do we do it? Join us this morning as we find out that the Power of Prayer lies in the one we are praying to.
No Matter what we have a reason to give thanks to God because he is good and his love endures forever.
Jesus is the Light of the world, we are called to testify to the light, we are called to be witnesses to the light. We cannot reflect what we do not have!
God is light in him there is no darkness at all. God has provided us the ultimate light in Jesus Christ that has paid for our sins and delivered us from death to life.
The story of the Prodigal son teaches us alot about love of our father. Even when we feel like we cant come home God is waiting with open arms if we repent.
God is Holy, We all Fall Short, Thanks be to God we have victory through our lord Jesus Christ.
When we seek to find Jesus with all of our heart we will find him. What we won't realize is that Jesus is already seeking us.
God always provides. We will see through the story of Elisha and Elijah that God will always provide for us.
The Israelites that had the blood over their doorposts in Egypt lived when the angel passed over them. This is what Jesus blood can do for us. The blood of Christ applied to our hearts has paid for our sins and we have victory over sin and death. The blood of Jesus is the only way we can pass from death to life!
