She quit her job, sold everything she owned, and hit the road to live as a nomad - without plans or an end date. After several years traveling the US and Canada, Carol is ready to explore why she needs to keep rolling. She shares deeply personal stories as well as the practical aspects of preparing for and living van life. Produced from wherever she happens to be, she also makes valiant but awkward attempts to interview other nomads to bring you their experiences, van life tips, and ultimately learn their "why."

She discusses her depression, anxiety, as well as her feelings of worthlessness and loneliness and the toll they take on her and her relationships.
