I brought on my good friend Jeanne for this episode because she really goes above and beyond when it comes to creating healthy eating habits in her children. She emphasizes allowing her children to make the right choices so that when she isn't around they are still making good choices. In this episode we discuss the way to create healthy eating habits in our children while acknowledging each child's uniqueness. We talk about how instilling fear does not lead to a child that is able to make healthy choices, and what to do instead.
