In the 80's business classic book In Search of Excellence by Tom Peters the term Management by Walking Around was coined. Engage My Staff takes it step further to make it Engagement by Walking Around by adding the element of Getting to Know Your staff to help you take engagement to the next level. Plus I get to intersperse some related music that I love! Its a Win-Win for everyone.

MAGIC – this acronym is the work of Tracy Maylett who holds a doctorate in organizational change and consults on the subject around the world His Book is (Employment Magic : Five keys for Engaging People, Leaders and organizations)
