We are FINALLY talking about SLEEP and the impact that sleep deprivation has on motherhood!

In this episode, Sarah and Eva break down how sleep deprivation can be a risk factor and/or impact your experience with postpartum, including postpartum anxiety and depression. They also discuss their own experience with sleep deprivation and how it showed up with their postpartum anxiety, and what they wish new moms knew. This episode felt like a major vent sesh between two moms over how sleep became an all consuming part of their early motherhood journey.
