In this episode, I talk to Jake Saenz. He co-founded Atomic Athlete in 2009.

Prior to founding a gym, he served in the U.S. Army 3rd Ranger Battalion in Ft. Benning, GA where he spent 4 years of his life giving his superiors gray hairs and training new Rangers.
