Hello 👋 , we continue to look at more Church issues and they keep getting interesting. When you step back and observe, things become plane. one thing is true, we are the body of Christ and Christ loved us so much that he gave Himself up for us, the church. Therefore, our Focus should be on Jesus and our aim should be to grow so that we can teach others about Him.
Don't forget to send in your church issues and if I have not covered them, I will put them in the bonus episode. Next week is our last episode so tune in as we wrap up the Ten church issues.

In this episode, we will be looking at the story of 2 Chronicles 24 which covers the story of King Joash. He came to the throne at a very young age with he help of Jehoiada the priest. The Bible states that he did what was right in the eyes of the Lord as long as Jehoiada was alive. Are you living righteously because someone has eyes on you? Do you piggy back off of someone's relationship with Jesus? I hope not, God wants you to seek Him personally and He wants a relationship with you. God sees why you serve Him and discerns the motives of your heart. So, know God for yourself by seeking him wholeheartedly. Read your Bible and Pray daily...

In this episode we consider the cost of being a disciple of Jesus. Luke 14:33 states, "whoever of you does not renounce all that he has cannot be my disciple" . When Jesus called his disciples, he only asked that they "Follow him". In following him, they had to leave their families, they had to leave their businesses, they had to look to him for guidance. They learned from Him and were living life through him. He was going about doing the Lord's Will and they followed Jesus. He was accomplishing all that God called Him to do. That is how we are to count the cost. Are you ready to follow Jesus? Are you ready to be a disciple of Jesus?

In this episode I discuss the questions can love sustain a relationship and is love enough? Our view of Love is important. When we love from the outflow of God's love, then we can be sure that God can sustain any relationship that is yielded and submitted and rooted in Him. I pray this episode brings you encouragement and renews your hope in God's sustenance. Don't let the opinions of this world distort your view of love.

The word love has been overused and misused. Many use love when what they mean is "like". Others use love when all they want to express is excitement. This tends to send the wrong impression to the recipient. Thus, it is important to know various types of love so that we can understand or ask for clarification when someone says, "I love you" so that we can understand the level of intensity of their love. We still look at love from a biblical perspective and strive to live as the Lord wills. In this episode I will be discussing four types of love demonstrated in the Bible. stay tuned.

Seeking God is the epitome of our existence. Reading His Word helps us learn more about Him. When we seek God through his word we don't just pick and choose verses to make sense out of our lives...but we look at the whole Bible, the whole books and understand what the Lord was trying to communicate to His people and how that translates to us. This episode is to encourage you to seek God through His whole Word, not just bits and pieces of verses at a time.

When things are hard, it is easy to seek the Lord because our issues are always before us. However, our relationship with God is not just for hard times. We rejoice in the Lord when things are good too. We are to seek God in abundance and in lack...we seek God for all seasons. Philippians 4:12-13 notes that the secret to facing abundance and lack is found in Christ and in him we are strengthened in all things. I pray this episode blesses you and encourages you in your relationship with God.
