In light of THE Truth: Recent Episodes

In this podcast I aim to present the biblical truth concerning any topic that may be discussed. My plan is to take current cultural topics of our day as well as personal problems that Christians and the unconverted might face and discuss them in light of the holy bible, which I believe to be Gods divinely inspired words. The inspiration for this podcast came to me when I kept coming to the realization that humanities greatest struggle right now is with truth. Christians and the unconverted alike are hearing lies from every angle in these modern times. With the internet, social media and the free-flow of information philosophical and ideological "truths" are bombarding us constantly and I believe as a result of this our generations minds have never been more confused and bound by lies than they are right now. Jesus once said in John 8:31,32 "If you abide in My word, you are My disciple indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." Jesus in these verses connects the word of God (the bible) with the truth and says if you abide in it or (read it and obey it) as the truth then it will set you free! God only knows what it means to be entirely set free by the word of God, but I can honestly say I have experienced a measure of this in my own personal life that continues to this day as I endeavor to "abide" in Gods word by faith and so I desire to help other find this same life changing freedom that not only satisfies their own hearts but pleases the One who gave them life and will One day give them life eternal through Christ Jesus, the Lord of all.
One morning I woke up and turned to Lamentations to remember God's goodness and mercy. From that came this message.

Confessions of a Christian is what I will be calling podcasts where I talk about my own personal struggles and doubts concerning my faith. As a minister in the church I know that many Christians struggle with their faith and I believe it's helpful and encouraging For Christians to know and hear this, i believe this is why the great apostle Paul often spoke of his shortcomings as a minister, not to make sin ok, but to give hope that even know we struggle Christ has overcome and those who remain in Him have and will continue to overcome as well.

In this post-modern age the idea that their could be one true path if wisdom may seem absurd, but is it? The bible clearly indicates, especially in the book of proverbs that there is only one true path of divine wisdom. I was inspired to write and minister this message while I was studying the two witnesses of the book of Revelation and remembering the past COVID (scam)demic and how that compelled many churches to shut down. Taking all of this into consideration I come to the realization that as a church in the west we were very far from the biblical witness that Christ has called us to be. So here is my biblical response.**

This is a short 5 minute clip of why I have decided to create and host my own podcast. This particular podcast was prewritten and read off of notes. Not all of my podcasts will be this way. Some thing's I read in the bible or see in the news, or will be personally dealing with; God by His Spirit will share with me something that will obviously line up with his written word and I will feel compelled to share. So in those cases I will just begin to record and speak. I also don't plan to do very many of these at first because I am extremely busy as it is, and so I will be keeping my podcasting to about 1 or 2 a month. I hope my prayers, faith, and in depth study of God's word will help to encourage, challenge, and clarify your personal walk with Christ.
P.S. my sound will be a little lower quality for now. This will improve later. But for now I'll do my best be very vocal and enunciate clearly. Thank you for your patience.
