Break the bias is deep and needs more time & effort. Building awareness on the biases that we hold and accepting them can work wonders in this journey of building gender equality. Let us then take small actions such as seeing the world as is rather than being judgmental and building prejudices; how about leaving it to individuals to choose their paths irrespective of the genders.
