Hello my love! How have you been? It has been a while since I recorded a podcast episode. I missed sharing my insights with you. In this episode, I tell you about why I’ve been so quiet lately. Navigating adulting can be really challenging, and there are times when we feel like we’re in a rut, feeling like we’re stuck while everyone else around seems to be moving forward with their lives. Don’t worry, you’re not alone in feeling this way.
In the episode, I share realizations and things I did that helped me feel better, including:

– setting boundaries
– letting go of things that no longer align with me

Hello, October! This month’s Akashic Energy Report reminds us to face each day with newfound courage by truly believing in ourselves. For so long, we have listened to narratives that fueled self-doubt. Now, we are being called to step into our true power by recognizing that can shift how we ourselves and how we see our life unfold. Believe in yourself!
Here’s an excerpt from the channeled messages:
“This is the time to remember your true power. The power of choice, the power of shifting your perspective. This is the time to change the lens you view the world. Have you been feeling like life’s victim? You are the hero of your story, don’t ever forget.
Seeing your true power is an act of bravery because it is much easier to live your life on the sidelines. Take a step towards courage now by believing in yourself.”
Here are this month’s Alignment Tips:
- Be mindful of what you consume. In the age where you can learn everything, take caution in what you feed your mind.
- Engage in a hobby that gives you genuine happiness. Not everything has to be something you can earn from. You can do something simply because you love doing them. Do more for the sake of just doing. Feed your soul by doing what makes it happy.
- Don’t be afraid to try something new, listen to the tugs of your soul. Follow your curiosity, see where it leads you. You may never know, it might take you to the best places in this lifetime. It’s okay to listen to your free spirit and your childlike sense of wonder.
- Have fun! Just learn to have fun. There is power and beauty in learning when to pause, have fun and simply enjoy life. There is a time for everything, so make sure to make time for joy. Make room for new experiences, make room for laughter.

Hey, my love! I am so happy to finally be able to share with you the Energy Report for this month! This month’s channeled message is reminding us to truly let go of the things that no longer align with our Highest Good. To move forward to the next chapter of our lives, we are being reminded to release everything weighing us down. Here’s an excerpt from the channeled message:
“As you walk along, you pick up bits and pieces. Whether this may be beliefs, relationships, thoughts, patterns, material things. Whatever it may be. At that moment in time when you took them along with you, they served their purpose. Yet, in order to grow, you have to make space. Make space.”
Here are this month’s alignment tips:

Assess, time and time again. There is no perfect time to re-evaluate your life, as every moment is a chance to make it better. Detach from your anchors, whatever these may be. You have power over what you let in your life. You have the power to remove things in your life.

Take care of your physical body. The human vessel is designed to move, to dance, to feel the beauty of life. It deserves all the love and respect it can get, as you are both human and divine.

Write your thoughts. When you write, you let go. You release these thoughts, you release emotions, and you relieve the heavy baggage that you thought were impossible to get out of your head. Reflect whenever you can, and you will begin to have the epiphanies that will give you important clues about what matters, and what you must let go.

Marvel. Marvel at the world with glittering eyes, as despite it all, there is beauty to see. It is a challenge to do this, as there are things you face every day. Yet, magic never leaves, you just begin to stop taking notice. You never lose touch, you can always come back.

It’s August! How are you doing, my love? This month’s Akashic energy report is potent, so powerful. It’s reminding us to embrace this new earth frequency with grace, with an open heart, and with the knowing that everything will eventually fall into place. It’s an incredibly supportive message, and I can’t wait for you to hear this episode.
Here are some lines from the channeled message:
“Embrace this new frequency. All that is old, all that is outdated, is beginning to crumble. Have you noticed this lately? You have started to question the norms, started to question so-called standards. All that no longer aligns are crumbling. All that no longer aligns are being washed away – both individually and collectively. Trust this cathartic process.”
Here are this month’s Alignment Tips:
- Take notice of how much your mindset and perspectives have changed. As you grow, you learn more about empathy, about the collective connectedness that living beings share. Take notice of how much your mindset has shifted, and be proud of yourself.
- Let go of old systems, old paradigms that no longer work for you. The Age of Aquarius has dawned, and it is showing the new path – embracing the differences of everyone, seeing not in black in white but in a spectrum of countless colors. No matter who you are, no matter who they are – everyone is as important as you, everyone is as important as the other.
- Don’t be afraid to question the things around you. Be inquisitive. You don’t have to try to fit in, because there is no standard to fit into. Appreciate all that you are, and everything else will begin there
- Truly embrace this new chapter of your life, whatever it may be. There is no need to rush, there is nothing to chase. Learn to surrender. Your time will come, be patient.

- Connect to your roots, whatever this may mean for you. Do not be afraid to explore and look back. You have a lot to learn from your history, you have a lot to learn in listening to your body.
- Re-commit to your vision. You have the capability to make things happen in your life, but you have to learn what your heart and soul truly desire along the way.
- Appreciate how far you have come. Be proud of yourself, be proud of your progress. You are improving each step of the way. This is something to celebrate.
- Don’t be afraid to start all over again. There is no set path for you to travel, there is no set destination that you have to go to. You can choose, you can enjoy the journey. Most importantly, you can move through life knowing that what you are doing is something that lights your soul up.

There is a new frequency that is dawning upon us, encouraging us to embrace new starts, new experiences and new relationships! It’s an amazing time to take leaps and get out of our comfort zone!
“Open yourself up, open yourself up to new possibilities. Open yourself to new beginnings, open yourself up to new chapters of your life, to new experiences, to new people, and to new places. You have been waiting, you have been patient, you have been in your shell. It’s time to venture out, it's time to meet new souls, it’s time to be free from everything that has been weighing you down. After facing your doubts, your fears, your worries for the future, it is all making sense. You have been seeing the light, and it’s going to be a wonderful journey from now on.”
Alignment Tips for June:
- Be grateful for every opportunity that comes your way. Don’t be afraid to experiment, don't be afraid to try something new.
- Keep a record of the signs, the symbols, the synchronicities. Everything that comes along your way has a message to tell you. Be intentional in every moment, be present.
- Consume lightly. Hydrate yourself as often as you can. The physical body is undergoing massive changes with every energetic shift that happens and you have to aid yourself and assist yourself through it.
- Assess your current relationships As you grow and your energy changes, there might be people that no longer serve your Highest good. It’s okay to cut unhealthy ties, it’s okay to protect your energy and create boundaries.

This month’s lesson from the Records is reminding us that we never walk our path alone. No matter how turbulent the times are, we have our support systems with us, holding our hands and aiding us along the way. We are also reminded to look back and use the past as a guiding light. Even if there are scars and open wounds from our history, we can learn from them. Our past made us braver, stronger, and ready to face where our quest for alignment will take us.
Here’s an excerpt from the Lesson:
“The path may seem long and dreary but you are never alone as you tread this path. You might stumble, fall, or get lost along the way but everything is part of the learning process. Trust yourself all throughout the journey. You are stronger than you can ever imagine. So many battles you have faced and won, and though there are scars and open wounds, you have them as proof of the lessons you have learned and as an indication that you have grown stronger.”
Alignment Tips for May:
- Give gratitude to the people who are by your side right now. Thank your anchors, those who are helping you be still when you feel like you are not yet ready to venture onto the next step, onto the next journey.
- Learn how to be still. To rest, to simply be. To observe even when what’s in front of you is in disarray is in chaos.
- Make room for joy. When times are rough, it gets harder to look for optimism. Create it for yourself.
- When times are challenging, see what gets magnified into your view. Know your why, know what you are fighting for.

Alignment Tips for the Month of April:

Discover your passions. What makes your heart leap for joy? These passions are calling you for a reason. It is a part of your soul that you want to experience and explore. Discover them by trying out new things, and venturing into new experiences.

Express. Express yourself. Find your voice. Find a way that helps the world inside you come to fruition. Whether this is through words, through art, through colors. You can showcase your individuality through expression.

Acknowledge your strengths. So often, you dim your light. Now is the time to truly appreciate your strengths. So often, you prey on your own self by focusing on your weaknesses. Now is the time to recognize that other part of you. That part of you that is meant to flourish. That part of you that is meant to thrive. Do not hide your strengths.

Ground Yourself. As the energy may feel chaotic, confusing yet simultaneously driven and may encourage you to take action, remain in your middle space. Remain balanced, remain at peace within. Discernment can help you. Don’t let impulse dictate you. You can remain in balance.

Discern and filter information carefully. When the outer world has so much to say, look within and ask yourself. “Does this speak the truth?”

Connect. Connect with nature, connect with the people around you who need extra love and support during these times. You are a being that thrives in connections, communications and interpersonal relationships.

Find peace within you. Find an action, a craft, an activity, something that can help you cultivate silence, a sanctuary within you. Pause, observe, listen.

Use your voice, lovingly. Each and every soul has a thread of connections with a community. You have something within you that can influence, that can be heard. Use your voice to speak your truth. Spread love, support, kindness

In this episode, I share the February Lesson from the Akashic Records. The Lesson for this month is supporting us to embrace our uniqueness and see what we are capable of.
An excerpt from the Lesson:
Hiding deep underneath the ground will no longer work. Allow yourself to sprout. Make your way to the top, allow yourself to blossom. Recognize that you have strengths, recognize that you have everything you need to make your dreams come true.
I also channeled Alignments Tips for this month:
- Appreciate yourself. Really make time to see how much you have grown and how much you have evolved for the past years.
- Allow yourself to blossom. Make room for the activities that make your soul sing. You know this list deep within your heart.
- Do not compare yourself to other people. Focus on what you can do, what you can improve and what you can accomplish.
- Smile and laugh often. Make room for play and humor in your life.

Alignment Tips:
- Create art in any way you can - express your soul. Do not let the standards of the world define or label your art in any way.
- Listen to your body - your physical vessel is so smart and it does so much for you. Listen to your body, take care of it, give it what it needs.
- Use your emotions as your compass - feel as you should but do not let emotions overpower you. You are painting through your emotions but it is not the entirety of you.
- Do not be hyper fixated on the end goal, focus on the steps to get there. Every step of the way counts. Do not get overwhelmed when you think of where you want to be. You get there not by jet, but by striding slowly yet consistently. Embrace every step of the way. Love yourself all throughout your journey.

- Do not be afraid to shine your light and be who you are meant to be. So many people on earth are concealing their truth to fit into a mold that should not be there to begin with. Break into this mold, trust yourself and step into your power. The best version of yourself is your truest, most authentic self.
