Property Insurance is one of the critical components of your risk management strategy and protecting your asset. However, understanding the basics can be tricky; that’s why in this episode, I sit down with my insurance broker Katy Norrell and break down the basics of understanding property insurance.

When you hear someone mention renting to someone on the section 8 housing voucher program, what first comes to mind? Often, when I discuss with landlords the option of renting to a tenant on the section 8 voucher program, one of the first things that I hear is, “I don’t want to deal with the headache.” What if I told you that you could find someone on the program that will take care of your property and have a portion of your rent guaranteed by the program.
