Finals week is just around the corner, and you might be feeling a little stressed or anxious (or a lot). In the last episode of the season, Philip and Erin are joined with Dr. Andrew Kami, the Student Psychological Counseling Services Director at Chapman, to discuss all things mental health. Take a listen and a deep breath as Dr. Kami reflects on how this past year has affected students' mental health and offers resources for students looking for professional help.

The end of the semester is approaching quicker than we think! Happy Earth Month! With Earth Day coming up, Philip and Erin thought it would be the perfect time to discuss all things sustainability and environmentalism at Chapman University. Finding a job or internship as a current college student or recent graduate during this time might seem like an impossible feat. However, in this episode, Philip and Erin speak with Assistant Director for Career Education at the Career & Professional Development officeSusan Chang to go over the career resources Chapman University offers to students and alumni and what the job market is looking like. Philip and Erin also discuss other ways to develop professional skills at school through on-campus jobs and professional fraternities. The Career & Professional Development Center is open to all former and current Chapman students for life, so students and alumni are highly encouraged to make an appointment!

Being a college student during a pandemic can already be stressful, on top of having to deal with finances.
