Since 2014, I've been on my spiritual quest; researching, meditating, contemplating and exchanging wisdom about all things mystical. My channel is the result of 8 years of daily reflections about the deeper meaning of life and all of its experiences. I will be talking about my personal experiences, my philosophical thoughts and the evolution of my mindset. In this episode I wanted to try a new method of recording. My goal was to do something experimental to help me find MY VOICE. So without a plan, I hit the record button! What finally poured out were my thoughts around the virus I had just gotten in my throat- bringing up topics about throat chakra healing, limiting beliefs, following your true calling and what kind of resistance you can expect from the universe if you aren't going in the right direction. The level of audio editing is going down and the level of juiciness is going UP, as I learn to trust my voice, speak my truth and just be my weird yet interesting self. I hope you enjoy !

In this very first episode of my podcast, I wanted to talk about my heart chakra healing journey which started 5 years ago and how it has brought me into full on heart entered living today. From living in my lower chakras as a child and teenager, to discovering spirituality at 22, and finally embracing acceptance, forgiveness and unconditional love at 30.
