Garrett Moore, former Naval Special Operations Officer, is the CEO and Co-Founder of Agorus. Towards the end of his Navy term, Garrett, and his childhood friend (who also served with Garrett in the Navy and is the other Co-Founder of Agorus) built single-family residences next door to one another for each of their families.
The Co-Founders started their new builds in 2015 and took two different routes for construction. Garrett would build his home with a company specializing in modular builds. His Co-Founder would go the traditional construction route, also known as stick built.
After experiencing pain points from both the traditional and modular construction route, they formed Agorus. The vision of the company is to “Change How the World Builds”. The venture backed startup is a software-driven off-site construction manufacturer. Agorus is leveraging advanced technology to achieve its mission of accelerating construction 10x.
Email hello@gomultitaskr.com to accelerate your next residential or commercial project with Agorus.

This week we welcome team members Demetrio Amaya, Director of Multitaskr Solar, and Elizabeth Fajardo, Multitaskr Solar Consultant , to the round table. Coming from a finance and real estate background, the CEO and founder of Multitaskr, Joe Frausto, was not well-informed on the process of switching to solar until he met the power team. What Joe did know is that renewable energy solutions were a must to bring savings to homeowners.
With an original background in the trade finance for the oil sector in Mexico, working with Mexican companies' loans from U.S. banks, Demetrio was well informed on the borrowing process. As he later transitioned into an industry with lasting growth, solar, he met colleague Elizabeth Fajardo, where they would work to decline electricity volatility with solar panels.
In 2018, Demetrio met Joe Frausto. Demetrio became amazed by how Multitaskr focused on providing more than one solution to homeowners over time. "As a sales rep, I would work with a customer once, and that's it. Solar panels last for up to 25 years, but at Multitaskr, I am able to find multiple comprehensive solutions for homeowners life long needs."
Liz leads sales management training at Multitaskr, finding durable, renewable solutions for homeowners. One mistake she shares is that homeowners often misunderstand solar and its lasting effects. That's why she and her power co-worker Demetrio are here to educate vs. sell you the cheapest solution.

When you’re not satisfied with an area of your home, you lean on a contractor for their help. Many homeowners tend to take shortcuts when finding the right contractor, not knowing that those shortcuts result in exceeding your original budget, altering the project’s timeline, and your original vision.
A contractor that is for the homeowner educates, listens, and does everything to understand your home needs.
In this week’s episode of The Home Solutions Network, Patricio Amaya, Director of Multitaskr Construction, teaches homeowners how to approach a contractor and what you should be asking before they modify your space. After serving 10 years in the military, Patricio decided to take his logistics experience into the construction industry. As Patricio began to modify homes, he noticed how important it was to pay attention to detail similar to his previous duty.
When CEO & Founder Joe Frausto met Patricio, he knew he needed him to be a part of the Multitaskr team. As a problem-solver, Patricio combines technology such as drones to perform modern construction.
