A Podcast born from the ashes of 2020, an attempt at two friends to spend more time focused on things that are fun and interesting and less on... all the rest.
We're BACK! It's me, Jeff here. It's my fault. I mean it's Nick's fault too in the sense that he doesn't handle all my responsibilities for me but I one time tried to use that excuse at school and they just didn't have any interest in hearing my plea.
Well anyways, this is a podcast. It exists. The episode # may seem odd to you. Thats because the other ones did happen, but presently are not released because I had about 165 things come up so far this year.
We talk about the Mario Movie, Artemis II Crew, Margaret Hamilton and how bad I am at Tea. But thats fine, because AN EPISODE ACTUALLY GOT RELEASED.
Patreon episode that accidentally was a real episode, dropping it on both feeds because IT'S THE SUPERBOWL TODAY SO OF COURSE WE ARE.
This one is a little weird because it is a patreon episode at the start, so no intro and a requisite amount of NBA talk beforehand.

Merry (late) Christmas! Between Holidays, illness, and lots of things in between, its been uhhhhh.... hard to get these out. But here we are, with at least a proper end of year episode. Episode 82 had some technical difficulties and may find the light of day buttttt no promises.

Sorry this is late! It was a fun one. We even had a brief scare that we had lost the audio... but here we are... with my worst horror documented in podcast immortality.
THIS week. This week. We had a good ol time... talking about travel, media, and how McDonald's did a number on us (and continues to do so) with their Hasbro fun.
This week we have a good time catching up on some stuff, a look back at some old things I haven't thought of in... decades now at this point? And also an experience with the always interesting Kansas weather.
This... episode... was a single story and real friend distraction that amalgamated into a podcast episode. One of my favorites.

This week we talk about how my daughter is brutally independent, and NBA quiz for Nick, birds are weird, and Bono. But not the one you're thinking of. Also how do you say his name you might ask? Well, you'll hear it incorrectly about 50% of the time because I switch how I said it seemingly at random. Also at one point I list things and I say "2nd" twice. Also skipped one of Nick's topics. Look, you get what ya pay for folks. Unless you are a patron supporter, in which case you get slightly less than what you pay for but we love you.
After a brief interruption from our friend Craig, this week we talk about sauces, a return to normalcy, and one very interesting marketing campaign from the late aughts.

Happy 5th of July! The day of picking up all the fireworks out of your driveway... or at least that is what I am up to. Aside from editing podcasts that should have been posted already.
Things we talk about... we got definitive feedback from everyone that my text messaging habits are unacceptable, some days you just don't care, golf, and we talk about some books.
This was kind of a weird one, I cut my own main topic. TLDR my house almost flooded and I had to siphon gas to prevent it... it was an interesting story but not particularly worthy of the half hour it took to tell it. I promise.
This week: I don't like scary movies, I hurt myself in spectacular fashion for the world to see, thoughts on home video, and we talk about a taboo topic.
This week we discuss the terrible terrible world of voicemail (and unread text messages and email and really most things that Jeff is bad at). We talk about an entry into the newly opening world that includes movie theatres and probably more.
AND THEN
We talk about the WBNA. We give a lot of love to basketball on this podcast, especially recently in the patreon only podcast... but man do they deserve it.
