In my life, I want to help you fix what may need a complete tune-up OR you may be in the market for a brand new vehicle. This depends largely on the amount of damage that has been done.
I am not a doctor, psychologist or psychiatrist.... BUT IF you are in an abusive relationship PLEASE make an exit plan with a counselor or trusted friend. IF you are unsure if its abusive... ask your most trusted/honest friend AND tell them you need their complete honesty. GET OUT of there, soon!!! You are worth pure gold- don't let anyone make you feel less worthy than solid gold. I understand the dynamics all too well....there is no shame in this. None. I love you & I'm hugging you right now. A quick story about St. Patricks Day, the revival of a story from 1935, trivia time and a tiny surprise. : )))))) I love my life & IF you need to shake off the blues..... lets talk. I was in a yucky head space for 4 days. A couple of tips to help chase the blues away: JOURNAL your thoughts and feelings, TALK with a trusted & positive friend and put things in true perspective, and remember that stuff sometimes seems overwhelming.... if it's minor, with "good" choice management, all will work out fine. IF you are navigating yourself through big stuff, go seek a professional for their expertise. We have all been through a 2 + year sentence of challenges. It's OK to feel off balance. Please note; I am not a physician.... I am a caring & compassionate neighbour. Hey you, after some real thought.... YES, I would take a bullet for YOU.
