Sheldon Yoder is the owner of Budget Carpet & Flooring in Columbus, Ohio. He draws comparisons to his hobby of bike riding and the principles he uses as a business owner to encourage students in the final Pathways chapel of the 2021-2022 academic year.

After attending two summer sessions and the 76-77 year at RBC (RBI) John graduated with biology degree from Bucknell before attending medical school at University of Alabama specializing in family medicine. John practiced medicine in Atmore Alabama for almost 40 years and now uses his skills to provide medial help internationally including Sierra Leone and Peru and volunteers at a christian healthcare clinic in Alabama. John is a passionate birder, traveler, hiker, adventurer.
Heleen Yoder works in child and adolescent mental health. She has an MSc in Clinical and Family Studies for Utrecth University in the Netherlands, a Biblical and Intercultural studies diploma from All Nations Christian College in the U.K., and a PhD in Global Child and Adolescent Mental Health from the University of Amsterdam. In 2003 she began serving in Sierra Leone and is the founder and director of Nyandengoh!, and organization that serves children with disabilities in Sierra Leone.

Matthew Cordella-Bontrager is a husband to Rachel and a father to Naomi and Ezra. He teaches Bible and theology full-time at Rosedale Bible College. He holds an M.Div. in history, theology, and ethics. He is a current Ph.D. student in systematic theology and Reformation studies at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. His research goal is to articulate a theology of vocation from an evangelical Anabaptist perspective. On his free time, Matt likes to make pasta and take walks with his family.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Eastern Mennonite College, before starting her nursing career in rehabilitation nursing focusing on Spinal Cord Rehab. During her early nursing career she married Laban D Miller and had a son, Laban Thomas. She spent the next phase of life homeschooling her son, who then introduced their family to the idea of starting a business. The first business was intended to be a part-time Italian Ice business that eventually grew into a full time family business for 10 years. The food business led to the beginning of a house cleaning business that is now in its ninth year, with 15 employees. Being an entrepreneur has stretched Mary Ann to visualize her lifetime mission of serving God and caring for the people that he places in her life.

Phyllis Swartz has taught preschoolers, inmates at a state prison (including a seminar on death row) gifted (high IQ) students, middle school, elementary school, college, and parents of preschoolers at risk.
She holds a bachelor's degree from Antioch College, a master's degree in Educational Policy and Leadership with a specialization in curriculum development from The Ohio State University, and a certificate in gifted education from Ashland University.
Her passion is that the church engage people's minds with tools that match their minds so that they can see the richness and glory of God and the Bible.

She studied nursing at EMU before serving in Nicaragua with Rosedale International (1976-1979) and in El Salvador (1983) and Nicaragua (1985-1990) with MCC. She received her MSN and PhD from the University of Virginia and taught nursing and cross cultural studies at EMU for 35 years. After many years of service on various MCC boards, Ann became Associate Executive Director in 2019 before moving into her current role as Executive Director. Ann and her husband Jim live in Linville VA. They have three adult children and six grandchildren.

Les has been in construction since the mid-90's, and began running his own business in 2007. Lori later joined him as they began to develop and grow the business. They reflect on their journey as business owners and how they have seen God work through the growth of the company. According to the Millers, running a business is more than a checkbook, it's about the relationships developed and operating in a way that advances the Kingdom.

Rich Peachey has 20 years of microelectronic design experience, currently employed by Intel as a Pre-Silicon Validation Engineer. Rich grew up in Belleville, PA. He earned his BA from Messiah College, and holds a MS from Kutztown University of PA. Rich became connected with Rosedale Bible College through a one year VS assignment in 1998-99. Since then, Rich often gave a week of his time each summer to help RBC with website and database development support. Four years ago, Rich moved to central Ohio when he married his beautiful wife Bethany. Rich & Bethany currently reside in West Jefferson, OH, and are active members of Shiloh Mennonite Church.
