A well-regulated human is a threat to the dark.
A well-regulated human is grounded and cannot easily be thrown off track. They are harder to manipulate because clarity is present, which leads to a high level of discernment.
It is universal law — entities cannot lie to you. They must introduce themselves and tell you everything they are doing, as this is the planet of free will. Without your willingness to participate, they cannot enact their dark forces.
Right now, your brain has started connecting the dots — such as when you are distracted by entertainment, problem-solving, health concerns, financial issues, or other emotional struggles. These moments create vulnerability, and that is what they take advantage of. They slip right in.
To stay in the light and shine as you live your purpose out loud: take deep breaths, stay grounded with nature, cleanse with water, activate with fire, and be free as air.
This is the recipe for a well-regulated nervous system. Anything that dysregulates your nervous system is part of a well-thought-out plan to hijack you.
P.S. Of course, be mindful of what consumes your energy and attention — that is what you are consenting to, and it is building out your future timelines.

As a child I was told on repeat if someone gives you a gift or treats you to a meal. I need to keep track to pay them back. Because this is “manners, it looks nice to pay back, you don’t want to look bad..etc”. As an adult this showed up as “Money anxiety”. I would start to panic if I saw a statement was due. I would immediately pay it. I would panic if my friend or partner paid for a meal, I would keep mental note of it. I would tell them no no don’t pay for me or next time it’s on me. This money anxiety blocked my holding wealth ability. I am naturally great at receiving but I couldn’t hold wealth for a long time. I always had anxiety that it would run out.

The word current- what is your current? How big or small is it? What is the current flow? Will you allow to reach maximum volume. I want you to visualize a wave and its currents. The manipulation from dark forces has confused us enough. It no longer holds power over humanity or our sacred land.
