Simplified engages in conversation around mental and spiritual wellness. Together we discover new perspectives and healthier tools to deal with life. So that we feel empowered to operate in our full authentic selves.
Anticipation is important because it helps individuals and organizations prepare for future events, make informed decisions, and respond effectively to potential challenges or opportunities. By predicting outcomes and considering different scenarios, anticipation improves strategic planning, reduces uncertainty, and promotes resilience. Ultimately, it allows proactive rather than reactive responses, leading to better outcomes in both personal and professional situations.
Waiting fosters patience, promotes thoughtful decision-making, and enhances appreciation for outcomes. It allows for reflection, reduces impulsivity, and often leads to better mental and physical results.
We don't have all the answers, and that can be a profound and challenging journey. It's tough when we lack certainty in a world that often demands clarity. However, learning to navigate uncertainty can lead to personal growth and resilience.
When it comes to mental wellness, it's important to take the time to understand why we make the choices we make and how we can learn to make better ones.
Living for now means focusing on the present moment and making the most of it. It’s about appreciating what you have right now rather than constantly worrying about the past or the future. How are you embracing the present in your life?
“Let today mark a new beginning for you. Give yourself permission to say NO without feeling guilty , mean, or selfish, Anybody who gets upset and/or expects you to say YES all of the time clearly doesn’t have your best interest at heart, Always remember: You have a right to say NO without having to explain yourself, Be at peace with your decisions.” – Stephanie Lahart
“Should” statements are fixed rules that we impose about how others, ourselves, and the world around us should operate.
We have the right to communicate with others how we would like and not like to be treated. We have a right to protect the values that are important to us. It's time to set healthy boundaries because when we do that, we show respect for ourselves
I discovered that it is easier to be accountable when I have faith in myself and in who God created me to be. Some of us are unable to be accountable for the simple fact that we lack confidence in our own worth.
Everyday we deal with distractions, stress, and various life challenges but now its time to put forth discipline to work towards your future goals.
You are more than enough!!! Each day you should learn and grow. Get comfortable with making mistakes and having self-compassion. YOU GOT THIS!

This observance is an opportunity to increase HIV education, testing, community involvement, and treatment among black communities.
The first National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day (NBHAAD) was marked in 1999 as a grassroots-education effort to raise awareness about HIV and AIDS prevention, care, and treatment in communities of color.
National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day is February 7 and is a day to address the impact of HIV on Black communities. When we work to overcome structural barriers to HIV testing, prevention, and treatment, we can #StopHIVTogether. https://bit.ly/3GkAgra #NBHAAD
