They will offer an insight into their day to day job role, help unpick the different pathways getting into the career, and offer a selection of great tips and tricks along the way.
Deciding on a career path is tricky business and so we hope this mini fair will open up some doors of opportunities, and answer some questions you may have - Students or Parents, sit back, enjoy and let's get on with the fair!

Esme chats about race and equality within the world of pageants, growing up mixed race in a very small community, and the effects of online racism.

In Episode 3 Hatti is chatting to Rebekah Walker, currently a Presenter/Producer for Tottenham Hotspur's Twitch Channel, Voice over artist, Radio 1 Christmas Presenter of 2020, and previous Production Manager of branded content at Bauer Media.
Rebekah speaks about how she got to where she is in her career, the challenges she's faced being a black woman in a predominately white industry, and what she thinks needs to be done to create more diversity in the world of Broadcasting.
She offers great advice to all of you at College whether you look up to her as a woman of colour or want to follow in her career footsteps, you are guaranteed to feel motivated by the end!
In Today's episode Hatti is speaking to three volunteers from the EDI Collective, a student ran organisation formed in the University of Manchester, which aims to better racism in education.
'The EDI Collective stands for the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Collective. We are a voluntary student committee in the School of Arts, Languages and Cultures at the University of Manchester that formed to act as a body to whom students can report any racism and discrimination they have received due to their race and/or ethnicity from staff or students.'
Kalifa, Saaleha and Bella chat about the work they do within the organisation, what else needs to be done in education to tackle racism, and offer advice to students tackling discrimination in steps towards your future and who you can go to to report something.
The EDI Collective also have a great blog and lots of helpful information and links to other podcasts and books to help educate on race.
