Coach Tony Holler turned the “old style” of coaching on its head. He realized kids hated track. What had to change to make kids where they not only enjoyed track but, it was the best part of their day. Coach Holler has worked extremely hard to get his ideas out there in a way that can help athletes and coaches work together to get performance based results in every sport. It was a great conversation about stripping the fluff out of practice and getting to the aspects that make kids better athletes. Tired is the enemy and top performance is the goal. Compete and track progress to allow growth but, leave at the end with gas in their tank. A remarkable Coach to say the least. Tony covers a lot of ground in the interview and answers every question completely with honest answers that he is passionate about. If we could all take away a little something from him the world of athletics and life, the world will be a better place.
