If you do not take the time to take care of yourself, no one else will. Then who will care for your loved one?
Our faith is rooted in Jesus and His resurrecting power. Therefore we have no need to double all that He can and is doing in our lives.
No matter what the issue is that causes us distress, we are to run to God. He is willing to help us. But we must ask for His and surrender to His authority.
When you are weary and need rest, turn to your God, who loves you like a mother and father for help.
We can often place our trust in our spouses, our children, our employers and even ourselves. Yet the true place we are to place our trust is in God.
In order to hear God, we must listen….implying that we need to stop. stop what everything you are doing in order to hear God.
It is easy to want to throw in the towel but don’t. Turn to God, and watch Him help you.
