In October 2021, Steven and I were very fortunate to attend and be presenters at the 2021 National CUPA-HR conference in National Harbor, Maryland. CUPA stands for College and University Professional Association. This conference is a gathering of College HR professionals to share ideas and knowledge, network, and celebrate each other’s work and support the past year. Being that it was a national conference, Steven and I interacted with so many amazing people around the United States doing great work like we all do here at FSCJ to make their college experience for their students and staff as effective, efficient, and satisfying as possible. This podcast includes Steven and I talking about our experience at the National CUPA - HR conference and having conversations with three employees from different colleges that we met there.
