A true fashionista, a badass Boss Queen, and maybe even a true perfectionist, Tatiana leaves behind a refreshing whirlwind of thoughts, laughs, and wise words.
She is probably one of the funniest people you will ever meet; colourful, fun, and clearly very kind. She shares so candidly about her experiences in her personal and professional life.

She has been in the beauty industry for over a decade, runs a beauty studio in Vancouver's Gastown, and teaches at Blanche Macdonald.
I'm personally not big on things like make up and nails, but I tell ya, now that I've come across Tat and her incredible knowledge and embodiment of beauty, I can't help but feel drawn to her studio.

Our guest today is Lindsay aka Dark Lake Tarot.
There are so many beautiful aspects to her, and so many beautiful things to share, that I don't think I can do a proper introduction any justice. Instead, i'll share a little something in her own words. Here goes.
Why Dark Lake Tarot?
So essentially, 'Lindsay's Tarot!!'. Pretty neat, right?
( and NOT as parlor fortune-telling tools or a dark and forbidden art)
...and it was within me the whole time, just waiting to be acknowledged and embraced,
It's WHERE I instinctively retreat to in my mind- my 'safe space' for all of my own witchy practices and meditations, my inner sanctum to seek clarity and guidance,
It's HOW I utilize my learnings about Tarot, Astrology and other magical practices in my daily life,
...and it's WHY I started this service: to share my thoughts, my skillset, and most importantly my journey- with you!
Check her out below. And ofcourse, be sure to share this podcast episode with ALL your friends. :)

Kenya is where founder Ken was brought up. Ken started the business in 2020 with a desire to play a role in providing a healthy solution for hand hygiene amid the worldwide COVID-19 outbreak. Karibu Soaps’ intention is to also draw people’s attention to the serious threat that plastic poses to our environment and natural resources, and the company does this through its zero-waste and plastic-free approaches to soapcrafting.
I can personally vouch for these soaps. I have loved every single one that I have tried!

For today's description, I'm doing something a little different.
I am sharing an excerpt of something she has written because this shows you a part of her heart, in ways that only her own words could.
"Passionate, playful and curious..
I’m not sure what I am here to do, nor do I care to waste time on “figuring it out” All I know is I need to move. I am curious!
Sometimes, without direction, I get off course a bit. How do I know? I feel uncomfortable and heavy, not motivated, and I find myself looking outward for advice or approval. I am critical of myself and find myself in judgement of myself and others. This is the guidance I use to right myself, to adjust my sails, take a new direction or start over... whatever I can to find my alignment again because I am passionate!
Sometimes, when I surrender, I am soaring in the depth of my bliss. How do I know? I feel inspired and light, and I move with ease, I look inward and smile not needing to gain approval from anyone, loving myself and filled with deep gratitude in my heart. This is the guidance I use to observe and witness how I got here, how I feel in this moment and as incredible and delicious as it tastes, I let it go... allowing for the next moment to present itself because I am playful!
What have I discovered through this awareness? I find myself in the right place at the right time and with the right people... the surrender of what I am “suppose” to do has released me into waking each day to see and discover, “what is.” The letting go of control and realizing everything is here to help and guide me always leads me to where “I am”
What I also learned is there is quite a bit of silence and non action required in between each movement. As a mover this can be challenging! but it gently and compassionately shows itself to me. The soft whisper at first, then the gentle nudge... this leads of course into a full blown crisis should I choose to ignore. So I tune in, I don’t need everything to “feel” amazing (anymore!), I am learning to get comfortable with the uncomfortable, to look for the things that challenge me, scare me a bit and make me feel uncertain. Because I know that at the other side of each challenge I have grown just a little more, opened a tiny bit, changed.
I am passionate, playful and curious, going with the beautiful flow of life and letting it sweep me up in its tantric, beautiful seduction."

Today's guest is Nathalie, aka transformational nat.
For today's description, I'm doing something a little different. I am sharing an excerpt of something she has written because this shows you a part of her heart, in ways that only her own words could.
"Thank you for showing me my light. But thank you also for showing me my darkness, by helping me become intimate with all I had turned away from within myself.
You've exposed me to the rawness of pure fear, from the personal to the existential, so that I would be forced to discover a hidden depth of courage I didn't know existed within myself. With you, I've been immersed into oceanic emotional currents of every kind and I have learned to feel more deeply than ever before, savouring the richness of life in a way I used to be blind to.
I can now navigate life with a level of trust and confidence that's never felt more like embodied, heart-minded wholeness. I continue to reclaim the lost parts of myself and my beingness feels more like home every day.
You've taught me how to surrender, how to live in a state of open receptivity with life, engaged in a co-creative dance with something mysterious that is so much greater than my individual self.
You've shown me the synchronistic language of a universe that speaks to me and guides me along the path of my greatest potential. I've come to better understand the process of how I experience life and, through that, can positively alter that experience through an expanded capacity to make conscious choices with deeper awareness.
Thank you, plant medicine - my encounters with you have left me changed in a way that will resonate in my depths for the rest of my days on this wild journey we call life."

Today's conversation takes us to scientific theories, publicly traded companies in the psychedelic space, stimulations during trips and so much more.
Why would a drug that removes the "trip" aspect from the experience not be as effective as one that included a trip? What role does music play in tripping? What are the benefits of mushrooms, deduced from both research and lived experience?
Come and take a trip down science lane, turning off at the psychedelic sign. Hear about consciousness, the entropic brain theory, personal experience, and get a pulse for where the mainstream conversation is now.
Like, share, subscribe. All that good stuff.
We're back with another psychedelic episode.
Come hear about various trips, the many benefits of fungi, mindfulness, and how psychedelics have helped today's guest get present and feel gratitude better. We also touch on where we think psychedelics are headed, where they have been, and where they are now.
It's all about psychedelics/plant medicine on The Glove Podcast when we do a psychedelic session.
You're going to love this one.

In today's episode we meet Addie, a fellow psychedelic enthusiast. She shares her experiences, her perspectives, and most of all her heart.
My faith in humanity was renewed with this episode. Like many other conversations with such beautiful soul expressions of life, this one left me feeling warm and grateful. It was like bearing witness to myself in a different world and time, and bearing witness to the future.
Psychedelics are here, and they are here to stay. If you feel called to them, do your research, talk to people about it, be safe, and trust the medicine.

Today's episode is one filled with virtues and character. It is really hard to pick a favourite moment from this episode, but I'll share one of the profoundly beautiful moments that happened. I had goose bumps as I listened to Barry share this. It was truly a beautiful gift.
Be generous in prosperity, and thankful in adversity. Be worthy of the trust of thy neighbor, and look upon him with a bright and friendly face. Be a treasure to the poor, an admonisher to the rich, an answerer of the cry of the needy, a preserver of the sanctity of thy pledge. Be fair in thy judgment, and guarded in thy speech. Be unjust to no man, and show all meekness to all men. Be as a lamp unto them that walk in darkness, a joy to the sorrowful, a sea for the thirsty, a haven for the distressed, an upholder and defender of the victim of oppression. Let integrity and uprightness distinguish all thine acts. Be a home for the stranger, a balm to the suffering, a tower of strength for the fugitive. Be eyes to the blind, and a guiding light unto the feet of the erring. Be an ornament to the countenance of truth, a crown to the brow of fidelity, a pillar of the temple of righteousness, a breath of life to the body of mankind, an ensign of the hosts of justice, a luminary above the horizon of virtue, a dew to the soil of the human heart, an ark on the ocean of knowledge, a sun in the heaven of bounty, a gem on the diadem of wisdom, a shining light in the firmament of thy generation, a fruit upon the tree of humility.
Isn't that just a delight?! My cells love this!

Today's episode is an incredible conversation with Angelito.
This is one of the many beautiful reminders this angel shared with us today. I am paraphrasing a bit here.
If we can become more self-sustainable and self-empowered, and really do things that truly fil our cups, we can really contribute to this planet. And if we, as individuals, are really willing take a stand and sing our heart songs, and beat our drums, relentlessly, that's where the progress will happen. Every prayer, every loving intention, everything that is more coherent, in a place of homeostasis and balance, is also being emanated on a global level. This my hope and my prayer, and what I beat into my drum. That we come together, and know that we are all related, we all bleed blood, and learn to celebrate our differences. It really starts with ourselves.

I know that what I received was beautiful, and I feel tremendous gratitude for the gift of giving this to others.
I love you. Thank you for tuning in. May you receive and feel the tremendous gratitude I have.
Here's more information on Cael the Shaman.
Cael is probably one of the most modest people in the field of spirituality in this region. His friends know him as Garland; his music associates know him as Spyder, but he has graduated his personal contributions to helping others through the study of modalities that help to change one’s life. It started many years ago in Trinidad where he was born.
His life took an almost fatal turn in a brotherly altercation that left him depressed and nowhere to go, no one to turn too. A chance inspiration with a book on magick lead him to find out that he could achieve emotional stability through Meditation and the study of Energetic Healing formats, but he also discovered that Shamanism has been in his family traceable all the way back to the son of an African (the area now called Benin, in West Africa) Priest that suffered through the Slaving era.
35 years later…he has accomplished being a Reiki Master, Shiatsu Practitioner, Reflexology Practitioner, Group Meditation Specialist, and Shaman and well on the way to publishing his second Self Help book! If you are new to this field his first book offering – STEP TO THE 6 SENSES is a must-have.
Cael is his spiritual name and he enjoys its connection with the many struggles he has endured to get here. Bringing course material, Shaman services, Psychic Services, and Healing modalities, all under one roof is his greatest pleasure and he looks forward to it being well received! It’s finally here, available, untarnished and real!

On today's episode we meet, Jae AKA The Mandrake.
Jae M. T is a magician, spiritualist, and multimedia artist. They work with the powers of herbs, song, story telling, and the ancestral technologies of their inheritance to bridge the worlds. For magical inquiries, divination, and guidance, they may be found on instagram at https://www.instagram.com/themandrake333/ and facebook at https://www.facebook.com/TheMandrake333.
Jae is an incredible storyteller. I had goose bumps on so many occasions.
Some key things we touched on:
The sky is vast and can hold many intentions and desires. Being seen. Saying yes and then saying no. Femininity as a fluidity, like water. Deeper mythological stories weaving through us. Christ's love. Why we have gender specific bathrooms in modern western society.
It was such a pleasure to have had a conversation with The Mandrake!
May this episode benefit you.

In today's episode we meet Leroy, a young man who, tried shrooms and didn't know what to expect, and walked away with a profound change in his life.
His first experience opened him up to new possibilities for healing and transformation, and started his journey of working with psychedelics.
It was a pleasure having him on and connecting with another fellow human of this family called Nature.
Many of the things shared are relatable to so many of us! It is so so appreciated to hear stories that resonate!
I hope you find value in this episode.

From the words on Omphinitri, our guest today.
༺♢༻⠀
We cannot lose what is
Because it is
Eternally
⠀
Only the appearance may change
The essence will forever remain
⠀
The essence is limitless
And it lives within
Everything
⠀
We cannot have too little
When what we have
Is infinite
⠀
Therefore
We can only fear to lose
What we haven’t yet received
⠀
What we haven’t yet truly seen
⠀
That is,
What we haven’t yet remembered
Is at one with the all that we are
⠀
And all that is needed
Is to remember
That everything is a reminder
⠀
Such as when the lover
Comes into your life
To say to you
⠀
‘Become who you are’
⠀
Or when the innocent child
Comes from within you
To say
⠀
‘Remember what you are’
⠀
And when each transformation comes
It carries with it
This glowing secret, that
⠀
‘Fear is love
Only being in forgetfulness
Of its eternal nature’
Remember?
⠀
I thank you
For always reminding me
To love
⠀
I am here
To remind you
Of everything
And nothing
At once

We're back with another Psychedelic session!
This episode left me feeling gratitude for the allies we have in plant medicine.
And gratitude to Andrew for reminding me of a holistic perspective of plant medicine; reminding me that they offer a relationship with them. One that we can celebrate and cherish. One that nourishes us both.
It's such a beautiful reminder that our presence is for them just as much a gift as theirs is for us.
Community was another big one in this episode.
How do you relate to this word? What does community look like in your life?
I know that for me, community has a profound impact on my well-being. And it's one of the most cherished gifts life has to offer.
It is something I crave and reach for. In spite of the many periods of isolation I've managed to have in my own life, it is still something I actively seek.
I hope you enjoyed this podcast, I hope you feel connected.

I learned oh so much in this session!
The sacral plays such an important role in our overall health and flourishing. This episodes dives deep into one of the ways in which it is calling for our attentive care and reflection.
What is the role that we play in our community, particularly the spiritual community, to address the often overlooked and avoided topic of same-sex eroticism?
How are we relating to the various people or things in our lives? Do we view them as relationships, or do we view them as having some utilitarian function?
And what role does the past play in helping us solve problems today? How are we using the past to inform our problem solving in the present?
This episode invited us to these questions and so many opportunities for self-reflection.
A big thank you to Alexi for joining me and a big thank you to all of you listening.
If you'd like to connect with Alexi, you can find him at https://helligar.com/
I hope you enjoy this episode as much as we did.

Our very first Intuitive Session with Keidi Johana aka Super Natural Woman.
In this episode we cover oh so many things.
Like what we have been feeling lately, and being brave and dispelling what we think others may think of us.
It was such a good time. I hope you enjoy it too.
Note: This is the 2nd episode of Sessions G, and I have, as one might expect, run into some audio challenges. I am working on it, and I promise that the next episode will be better, audio wise.
As always, if you have any feedback, suggestions or want to come on the show, I am all ears.

This episode is an introduction, mostly to my voice and personality.
I talked about Change and whether or not change is possible, and ranted a bit.
