When you think of sowing you think of farmers, hard labour getting those seeds into the soil so it'll be ready for the harvest time. We need to think more like the farmers in terms of producing strong roots for the Lord, and also to produce fruit for the benefit of the others around us. This episode, Kieya concludes the Season of Hope; it's about the past, present and future. How we need to live in the present to BE present, and see the blessings that God has given us. To hope for now and not just for the future, hope that we can remain faithful whatever comes from the Lord even if our situations are hard!

A new month, A new season! This month we have tweaked a few things, and are starting off with a new structure! That means we've got a lot of special guests lined up, who will be joining us for our future episodes! This February we will be discussing our theme for this month: Seasons of Waiting. In this episode Chelsea opens up about the lessons she learned when she tried to force her waiting to end, but also understanding the reasons why God had been keeping her in a season of waiting.
Let's welcome Joyce Almasor as our first guest on Renew and Refresh! We talk about refreshing our identities and through Christ. We explore how to trust God is these times of transformation and follow his plan.
Time heals all wounds but did you know you can ask God to help heal those broken bridges? In this episode Chey and Kieya talk about how we can reach out who we've hurt or vice versa. Why God has allowed this suffering to happen and why we needed that time apart from one another. Join us to learn more about compassion, just as Jesus does.
In this week's episode we open up the topic of restoring & recovering your health, specifically mental health. We read into Philippians 4:6-7 and talk about how we can change our mindsets, especially when we begin to worry so much, and instead start turning those worries into prayers instead. Be a WARRIOR & not a WORRIER! We also look at the book of Psalms in chapter 12 and discuss how important it is to be honest with yourself and God, acknowledging how you are really feeling deep inside, and accepting that it's ok to feel your emotions. We are so excited as we crossover into the New Year, continuing our 'Seasons' saga. This month is about Seasons of Restoration! In this episode we talk about having a true Heart of Worship. We look at Ezekiel 36:25-26 understanding the importance of being humble before God, and asking him to cleanse and purify our hearts everyday. As you reflect during this episode, we pray that you are renewed and refreshed as God enters your heart today.
Wherever you are in your life, we hope you've had the time to ask God if he's given you the green light on all your dreams, wishes and desires. You can plan and do everything you can to get your goal, but without Him you'll always be against the tide. This episode, Kieya explores the idea of lending the steering wheel to the Lord as he knows best. Kieya goes through some discussion points that are swirling in young minds, and how to combat those thoughts of wanting it all in one go. Let's stop for a moment, and let Jesus take the wheel.
Episode 2 delves into a 3 part saga, which looks at giving God your all. In this episode, we see how to give ourselves to the creator, to know when to take those important risks, and how to deal with vulnerability.
