A youth-led podcast, amplifying youth voices across the state of Colorado. Created in partnership with Colorado Young Leaders (CYL) and CiviCO, the Hear Our Voices podcast highlights leadership skills, amplifies the work youth are doing in Colorado's communities, and highlights adult leaders who are either working to create systemic change in Colorado or working in partnership with youth to make a significant difference in their communities. In the third episode, Lily and Brandon dig into curiosity with guests Gitanjali Rao and Rachel Herlihy. Gitanjali is an inventor, scientist, author and TIME's 2020 Kid of the Year from Lone Tree, CO. Rachel Herlihy is Colorado's State Epidemiologist. Both share how the leadership theme of curiosity has impacted their lives growing up and how it led them into the fields of STEM today. Marco Dorado is an activist for immigration rights after receiving DACA himself in 2013.
