We have an old friend of mine coming on as a guest.  I worked with him in the Traffic Department in Devon about 11 years ago, when he left to work as a police officer in Canada.  He's been involved in delivering death notification training in Barbados, western Canada and San Diego, Florida and Phoenix and is now a detective on the professional standards unit.  (Police complaints)  Let's see how the UK and Canada compare.
