In this weeks episode, Elias and I talk about the symbolism in nature, what its like to be present with yourself, meditation and much moreBioI’m Elias,I’ve been on a journey to know what it’s like to fully feel life : to feel all the ups and downs : to feel the happiness, the anger, the excitement, the sadness : to find the fullness of joy. I believe that we are here to experience this life in its fullness and that fullness is found in realizing our ability to create the experience itself. As we journey down into ourselves, our mind and our body, and understand what elements make up those parts of our lives, we start to see the material we have to create with, becoming creators of our own experience.I’ve experienced many different modalities to help me see who I am on the inside. Of these modalities my current focus is on Russian Stick Work. This is a somatic bodywork technique, founded in a cross between massage and martial arts that helps someone to go past the sense of self that is held in the mind and body, relax the tension that’s held in that sense of self, and start to see life with a different perspective, or without a perspective. When we enter that state of cognitive and bodily dissonance, we open a portal between our patterns of living that allows us to create something new and different. It is that opening, that unsurety, the not knowing itself that helps us truly see past all the narrations that we tend to hold. Definitions:
Reality Transurfing: a mental practice that allows you to gain control of your current circumstances and start living life in a truly deep and meaningful way. You will not have to change anything about yourself or live in a manner that is not true to who you are. Organize your thoughts, create an environment for maximum efficiency and realize your highest functioning, happiest self.
Slide: a picture of reality that you carry around in your mind. The slide is figuratively inserted into your mental projector, and then it affects your perception of the world and other people’s behavior.
Pendulum: Mental energy is tangible, it can’t vanish without a trace. When a group of people begin to think in one direction, their “thought waves” superimpose over one another and in the ocean of energy they create invisible but real energy-information structures – pendulums. They begin to develop by themselves and make people follow their laws.
Alternatives Space: The alternatives space is an information structure – an infinite data field containing all versions of all events that could happen.
Rustle of the Morning Stars: Moments when the mind is distracted, it allows you to experience the feelings and knowledge of the heart. If you stop the train of thoughts and simply contemplate the emptiness, you will hear the rustle of the morning stars.
Life Line: A human life, just like another matter motion, as a chain of cause and effect. The human life moves evenly along its line until there is an event that introduces a substantial change in the scenario and decorations.
Heart and Mind Coordination(Coherence): This is the state in which the feelings of the soul and the mind’s thoughts are joined as one. For example, when you are filled with joyful inspiration, your soul ‘sings’, while your mind ‘rubs its hands with satisfaction’. In this state you are able to create.
Center Screen: Your Awareness Center or Observer Self
Inner Screen: The thinker of thoughts. The dialogue/dialogues that go on in your head
Outer Screen: The world of the 5 senses. The external world.
