KC4Kids is a daily Bible study and activity time for kids ages 2 to 10. Each half hour segment features songs, memory verses, interactive activities that teach children the importance of a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. This week's study is on Genesis 1: The Creation.

Has it been 8 weeks already? Time surely goes by fast! We've enjoyed this study tremendously.
This is the last segment in our series Identity Crisis. Tonight we will systematically review the series and discuss what it really means to be created in Their image and Their likeness. We're expecting some great guests to call in and share thoughts and testimonies.
“To know me is to love me. This cliché is popular for a reason, because most of us, I imagine, believe deep in our hearts that if anyone truly got to know us, they'd truly get to love us - or at least know why we're the way we are. The problem in life, maybe the central problem, is that so few people ever seem to have sufficient curiosity to do the job on us that we know we deserve.” Roger Ebert.
The same holds true when we think of our relationship with God through Jesus Christ. The more we get to know Him the more we love Him. In order for us to know or get a better understanding of ourselves we must know the One who created us and desires to have a meaningful relationship with us. Paul stated that whatever he loss he did so that realizing that his life, image, what people thought about him, possessions were nothing compared to knowing Jesus and the power of His resurrection. Is our desire to know Him?
Hear Jesus calling out to us saying, “To know Me is to know the Father. The Father and I are one. If you are in Me and I in my Father then we are one. Do you want to know and understand who you are? Then know Me, for to know Me is to love Me.
Are you dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, confusion, etc.? Stand and "keep Satan from getting the advantage over us" and "(be) not ignorant of his wiles and intentions." Too many are committing suicide, are dealing with depression and anxiety among other issues. Join us and become equipped, edified and encouraged.
Find the tools you need to defeat the enemy in your life and help others. " For the weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood], but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds" 2 Corinthians 10:4 AMP
"The enemy comes but to steal, to kill and to destroy..." John 10:10a. This week we continue looking at how the enemy steals, kills and destroys our identity in Christ. Just like we use tools for our various jobs, the enemy has his own "tricks of the trade".
Join us as we begin to look at a few of those tricks and learn how to use the tools God has given us to thwart the work of the enemy. "No weapon formed against us shall prosper ..."
What makes you YOU begins with how you were raised, things that were said about you, and WHAT YOU BELIEVE TO BE TRUE. Pull down the strongholds of your thought life and receive what God says about you. The weapons of our warfare are NOT carnal, but are mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.
Have you ever heard, "You will never amount to anything","You're just like ..." or "You can't do that!" Many of have. Some of us bought into the negative images that were ingrained in our thoughts. Gen. 3:4&5 let's us know that Satan's words to Eve changed the way she saw herself and Adam. "For God knows that in the day you eat of it (fruit) your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God ..." That lie changed the way we saw ourselves.
This week's study looks at this and other scriptures that deal with how the enemy steals, kills and destroys how we identify ourselves as believers and our relationship with God and others.

In our series, we begin with understanding that we were created in God's image & likeness. This week we will look at Genesis 3 and meet the thief who stole our identity, learn his tactics and learn strategies to put him under our feet.
