A podcast for those in their 20-something years navigating the post-grad life. The goal of this podcast is to have my friends, family, and community members share their biggest life lessons they have learned so far at whatever age they are currently at. Entering the "real world" after college can be scary, confusing, and sad, while also being exciting, hopeful, and fun all at the same time. Each episode will be a conversation with someone close to me in my life discussing important life lessons and topics. Community is everything and together we can conquer our post grad 20's!

Recorded in November 2022, my amazing cousin, Mary Nordahl, joins me for this powerful episode. We dive into the importance of learning to enjoy the challenges of life and even to “do it scared.” Mary shares her experiences with focusing on intention and explains how beneficial this can be throughout the different stages of life. She gives great tips on how to be more intentional and was an absolute joy to have on the show! You can follow Mary and her business on Instagram @fertilityawareness.path and her podcast called Menstrual Mental Health!
Recorded in September 2022, this episode features my good friend, Sam Smith. Sam tells us about his laid back outlook on life and explains further how this affects his dating life, work, and family. Sam and I enjoyed recording this podcast and had fun catching up and reminding ourselves that life comes in waves, you just gotta ride them out and relinquish control!
During Paige and I’s trip to Austin Texas last May, we had the opportunity of recording a podcast with two new friends we met while in Austin! Alex, who works for Apple, and Gus, who worked for Troublemaker Studios, sit down with us and discuss all they have learned so far. Topics such as moving to a new city after graduation, finding new friends in unfamiliar territory, and defining what success looks like to them is discussed.
One of my best friends, Paige Plev, and I recorded a podcast episode on our spontaneous trip to Austin, Texas this past May. The value of spontaneity, defining your own version of success, the traits of an introvert/extrovert, and relationship values are discussed.
On this episode, I have my good friend from Penn State, Adriana on the show. Adriana talks about the importance of listening to those dreams you had as a little kid, and how to keep dreaming as a post-grad adult.
In this first podcast episode recorded in April 2022, I interview my PSU Orchesis Dance Company friend, Allison Hanger. Allison and I waste no time getting to the deep stuff about love, relationships, young 20’s and God.
