As I have reckoned with riding the wave of living with mental illness, my years of lived experience have shown me that storytelling is one of the most beautiful bridges to building connection and empathy around the conversation of mental illness.
In this podcast, I hope to plant the seed of fostering connection and conversation beyond the data, technicalities, and statistics with all of the storytellers that join us along the way.
