Matt Sargent began playing horses in March 2020 when there were no other sports going on. In August of 2021, he decided to get more serious about his handicapping, and in October 2021, he qualified for the 2022 NHC.
Episodes will not be published on a regular basis and will coincide with big racing days, mandatory payouts, and other unique events.

Ruh-roh, Shaggy...is this an omen for the upcoming year? We certainly hope not! Due to unforeseen technical difficulties, the second half of this episode was "erased from existence" (said in Doc Brown voice) and joins the annals of such recordings as the Beatles' "Carnival of Light" that may never be properly prepared for public consumption. It's an unfortunate circumstance that I'll blame on happenstance, chicanery, and whataboutism. Otherwise, this 25+ minute chat is invigorating. It also features–in my humble opinion–our best cocktail to date. Pray tell:
