Man dwells in time but God lives in a timeless zone called eternity where there is no past, present, or future; only here and now. Simply put, time is a 'place' in eternity. So even when God gives a man a time when something is to happen, it doesn't necessarily mean human time because a thousand years is like one day to God and vice versa; it means a place. But, even in a particular 'time', there are turns. That is why 10 people can be scheduled for an interview by 9 am and the last person scheduled for 9 am has his by noon.
