Since the beginning of 2023, I've been in a whirlwind of exploration into higher realms, Astrology, channeling and angels. This path intrigued me when I was very young, especially Astrology, but religion, societies beliefs and a desperate need to fit in meant that my interests were brushed aside with fear and conditioning.

When I was in the great throws of suffering, my partner said "You're doing this to yourself" and at the time, I thought he was cruel! A few days later, I realised he was right.....
The beginning of my healing journey began....
After delivering Mindset Mastery a few weeks ago I thought I'd share some insights about suffering and how we play our part in the ongoing 'story' of why we are different to everyone else, and why we feel it's necessary to hold onto our pains.
With a little awareness, we can begin the journey gently and find our way to inner peace and understanding because EVERY SINGLE TIME life throws us a curveball, it's purpose is to cause us to expand and become more, better, stronger and shine our light brighter. If the experiences are causing us to suffer over long periods of time where we are blaming others, feeling sorry for ourselves, seeking attention or avoiding responsibility, we've missed the magical purpose of the pain in the first place.

Today's podcast answers this question and gives away the greatest secret of my life. It's 'in me, but not of me' and it has everything to do with my giant Peace Lilly Douglas. I know that sounds so weird, but it's true. There is a consciousness that exists within every single thing on this planet. It's vibrational frequency is the evidence. From there, my consciousness binds with the external consciousness and the rest..... Well, you have to listen in.
What I'm talking about today is the way YOU'RE MEANT TO EXIST, not stuck in trauma, struggle and striving.... You're right when you say, "there must be more to life than this!"

Standing outside today, I said out loud "there has got to be more to life that THIS" and immediately I responded with "This? What is THIS? And how are you responsible for how THIS unfolds? What is your role in THIS?"
Well, slap me in the face and blow me over with a feather, but I had an epiphany I just had to share with you. IT'S MY LIFE......YOUR LIFE.... and we are at the centre of everything that happens in our lives! This means some how, some way... We have a say!!
