"If you feel like you're losing everything, remember, trees lose their leaves every year, yet they still stand tall and wait for better days to come." The cyclical nature of the seasons offers a powerful metaphor for the journey of life. Winter, with its biting cold and barren landscapes, mirrors those periods in our lives filled with challenges and hardship, where the warmth of joy seems a distant memory. It's a time that tests our resilience, reminding us that even in the coldest moments, we possess the strength to persevere. But the beauty of this cycle is in the promise that winter holds: the inevitable arrival of spring. Just as winter ends, so do the difficult phases of our lives, giving way to periods of renewal, growth, and boundless possibility. Spring's first bloom is a testament to resilience, a beacon of hope that after every hardship comes ease, and with every ending, a new beginning awaits. So, as we face our own winters, let's remember that spring is just around the corner. Let's embrace the challenges of the week with the knowledge that they are but the precursors to our forthcoming renewal. Crush the week, armed with the hope and resilience taught to us by the changing seasons.

We have found that the act of “play” is something that we let escape us as adults. Whether we feel that the opportunities are fleeting as we get older, our bodies don’t feel up for it, or we feel it is too immature, we let it go from our lives. Ask yourself why. Think of all the times when you do play as an adult, and how you feel afterwards. Maybe times like at a family BBQ and you are playing volleyball. How much fun are you having?! The funny thing is, we can have that regularly again, even as an adult. The best part is, it’ll help your overall health and you won’t even notice it.

This week is a friendly reminder to anyone who has a role in someone's life, not to judge but to teach. We do not know what is going on behind the scenes that can cause a person to react in certain ways, but as teachers, coaches, parents, and anyone else who is shaping the minds of others, it is our job to not jump to conclusions and judge but rather help and teach better ways of coping.
“There is virtue in work and there is virtue in rest. Use both and overlook neither.”
We talk so often about the hustle and the grind. We value hard work and what it takes to achieve things we never thought possible. But the more we find ourselves working, the more we have begun to value our “off days”
Daylight Savings Time is everyone's favorite time of the year, and we are here for the longer days! But are they longer days or do we trick ourselves into thinking that? Today, we dive into the true difference between a life span and your health span.
Triggered is an overused word in today's society. We have watered it down so much that it has lost the true meaning of the word. Being triggered is a deep mental emotion that arises without control, often caused by some form of trauma. On today's episode, we dive into how to recognize these triggers and ways you can rewire them to your benefit.
Both empathy and compassion have their similarities and differences. Empathy creates understanding, compassion is more likely to inspire feelings of concern, worry, or sympathy. It’s important to listen and keep an open mind when someone is communicating their feelings. It’s up to us whether we want to show empathy or compassion.
We can all think of a friend or a movie (or both if we are lucky enough) that makes us laugh. But absent those automatic triggers, how often do you laugh? Laughter can also keep you healthy, according to the Mayo Clinic. Research has found both short and long-term benefits: Laughter can increase oxygen to the heart, lungs, and muscles, increase the endorphins that are released by your brain, improve your mood, and reduce physical pain. Today, we will give you 8 helpful tips on how to not only develop but keep your sense of humor.

Your self worth can be dictated in many different ways. No matter what, it is up to you to build it the right way. Whether you are navigating through self-confidence, hearing how other people value you, or are trying to understand the belief systems you have in your life, your self worth is built in stages. It evolves. Allow it to but never allow others or your environment to build it for you.

The importance of a mentor cannot be understated. We try to navigate so many things in our lives by forcing our way through them without anyone guiding us when we have numerous people at our disposal with the knowledge to help. It doesn't need to be someone you know or have met, it is simply someone who has walked that path and you identify with. Spend this week trying to think about who your mentor is and why. If you don't have one, think about who you rely on and understand what values you identify with. Mentors come from all places, you just have to find yours.

Love is one of the most intimidating words in the human language. We put so much power behind the word, but do we think about why that is? Do we overthink the word rather than embrace its meaning and purpose? Love is expressive and it is up to you on how you are able to express it. On today's episode, we talk about what love feels like, how to express it, and how we view love as a potential healer for societies issues. The bottom line is simple. Embrace love. Spread love. Empower love. And do it how you feel comfortable.
We often times let these last 6 weeks of the year get away from us and allow ourselves to lose our discipline. Between the schedules, the food, the parties, and everything else this time of year has to offer, we allow ourselves to slip. We let ourselves go. Instead, use these months to allow yourself to grow. The New Year awaits. Does the new you?

Knowledge is power but learning is the superpower. We fool ourselves into thinking that we can stop learning at a certain point in our lives. Once school is done, and we are in our full time jobs, the need to learn is lessoned. In reality, that is our greatest window to continue to learn. See, when you learn you do not just impact yourself, rather you impact everyone around you. Do not deprive yourself of the gift that is the ability to learn. Use it to its fullest potential!
“An open mind leaves a chance for someone to drop aworthwhile thought in it” – Mark Twain
There is immense importance to keeping an open mind in our every day lives. We are shutting off numerous avenues of learning and growth when we only look for opinions and sources like our own. When you take the steps we talk about in today's episode, it can lead to a more freeing thinking capacity and abilities to have relationships with all walks of people.
"Understand you are not the victim of your story. The truth is you are the creator of your story."
How to ditch the victim mentality:
Practice self-compassion: Take a moment to appreciate yourself for everything you’ve been through. If you’ve had a traumatic childhood or an incredibly tough journey and feel shame, guilt, anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem I kindly suggest counseling or working with us.
Consider shifting your identity:Instead of calling yourself a victim, you can identify yourself as a survivor which can be more empowering and create emotional confidence.
Own your story:Find secure social support where you can reclaim your story to let go of that experience holding you back so you can heal.

"Is there anything I can do right now to change the past or positively influence the future?
If the answer is yes, do it - take action
If the answer is no, be at peace - let it go
It has been a year on this journey for us and have we learned A LOT. On todays episode, we recap our year and discuss what it takes to hone in and understand your vision. Your vision is your own which makes it both exciting and a very big challenge. There are communication barriers as well as difficulties with the ever changing road your vision may have. It is all a part of the journey and one we wouldn't change for anything.
"If you don't like the road you're walking, start paving a new one"
What is something that you feel like you've "deserved?" Did you earn it? Reflect on something you felt you've deserved and be honest with yourself, did you really earn it? If not, change the way you look at it and put your energy to showing yourself and others that you don't deserve it, you've earned it!

"Good communication is the bridge between confusion and clarity"
Over time, we have both learned and tried to master the art of communication. We have found incredible successes in our lives by being open and willing to simply communicate with the people around us. Identifying in yourself and others when times of communication are in need is a learned practice, but one that will only benefit you in the long run. So this week, look to have conversations with people. Network. It can and will change your perspective and life.

Preparation for Life:1. Cultivate a growth mindset – Use mistakes as an opportunity to learn and grow. Never stop learning because life never stops teaching. 2. Hone your time-management skills. Start structuring your day to maximize the time in a day.3. Network. Meet people. Every person in this world has a unique story. Listening is an art that requires attention over talent, spirit over ego, others over self.4. Research and over prepare. No matter if it’s a meeting, a speaking engagement or job interview do your research and over prepare. That will build confidence, shows that you care, and people will take you seriously.5. Make time for self-care. Self-care is self-love. Movement is medicine for your body and mind. Every day you need to carve out time to do something positive for your body and mind.6. Trust is earned when actions meet words. Trust is fragile. Easy to break, easy to lose and one of the hardest things to ever earn back. 7. Balance isn’t something you find, it’s something you create. Priorities tend to become even more challenging as you move through life. Identify what your priorities are that gives you energy, feeds your motivation, and blossoms creativity.8. The meaning of life is to give life meaning. The meaning of life is to find your gift, the purpose of life is to give it away.9. Experience new things.
If you think eating healthy is expensive, try illness. If you think fitness and meal prepping is time consuming, try waiting in doctor offices. Short term costs pay long term dividends.
We all want our loved ones to live long healthy lives. But what are we actively doing to make sure that happens. Our objective is to never be preachy, but it is to arm you with some things you maybe never thought of. Our health and wellness should be a primary focus in our homes. Our families are not replaceable and when you find yourself putting effort into having a healthy and energetic home, you will have a lifestyle that is truly sustainable. If this episode helps any of you or you feel could help others, share it. We are in this community together!

He has the mindset to always grow and get better and is willing to do the hard things to make that happen.
Happy Labor Day!
On this weeks Monday Mindset Monday, we dive into the world of listening. We can hear everyone around us, especially those closest, but are we listening. We need to stop thinking of our response or stop trying trying to think of a solution to their problems while they're still talking, and just listen. That's what the majority of the people in our lives want. Not to be heard, but for us to listen.
“Instead of focusing on what you DON’T want to be, focus on WHO you WANT to become!”
When we’re children we have dreams of who or what we want to become. It excites us! But we slowly make a transition in our lives from focusing on what we want to become to focusing on what we don’t want to be. When does this happen and more importantly, why? Today we talk about when we made the transition in focusing on who we wanted to be and the system and tools and mentors we used to help us get there. With shout outs to Clark Griswold and Rey Mysterio, I'm not sure what more you're going to want! Sit back and enjoy our latest episode of the Model Mindset Podcast.
“It’s not an easy journey, to get to a place where you forgive people. But it is such a powerful place, because it frees you.”
It certainly isn't the easiest thing in the world to master. but forgiveness has value that we neglect. Our cognitive capacity is only so much. When we let the small things, the things we cant let go of, keep space in our minds, how do we expect to move forward? Understand intentions and the role they play in to what extent you're willing to forgive. Not everything is forgivable but many things are. When you free yourself of those burdens, you free yourself to grow.
Mental or emotional breakdowns can be hard to predict. We get lost in the emotional fatigue in our lives and get trapped in the sense of overwhelm. How do we escape it? How can we tell a breakdown is coming? We have to be aware and once we are aware, we must take the appropriate action. Join us today as we discuss the ways to sense and avoid mental and emotional breakdowns.
"When people tell you who they are, believe them." - Maya Angelou
It's time we start to pay attention to the world on mute. The more we can observe, and less we can hear, the better our judgement can be. We can't let our actions be hindered, especially by words. We must take action in order to make our words mean something.
Imposture Syndrome is the condition of feeling anxious and not experiencing success internally, despite being high-performing in external, objective ways. This condition often results in people feeling like "a fraud" or "a phony" and doubting their abilities. Imposter syndrome is the feeling of inadequacy, self doubt, or insecurity that can prevent us from achieving our goals.
In every persons life, Imposter Syndrome is real. It doesn't matter the success level. It doesn't matter the net worth. It doesn't matter how many experiences someone has had. It finds a way to creep into our lives and attempt to set up mental road blocks. Do not let it! Today, we talk about our experiences with Imposter Syndrome and how we have and continue to battle it to this day.
"A thermostat shapes the climate of the opinion; a thermometer just reflects it."
We often times allow our environment to shape our emotions. When emotions around us are high, our naturally go up to. But what if we were the ones in control of the temperature in the room? What if we set the temperature everywhere we go, no matter what. We must be able to understand that we are in control, always. We are the ones who control our emotions. We are the thermostat.
Leadership is more than being the person in charge. It is more than being the one who people go to when they need permission, advice, or approval. Leadership stems from who you are as a person. It isn't a role or identity that has a set of traits you must obtain. It is about showing human elements and relating to the people who expect you to lead. Leadership is unique and has no mold, so don't try to follow one. Instead, create one.
Think about it. How comfortable are you? How much do you seek comfort in things? Has it ever occurred to you just how much you seek out comfort in your daily lives? We are so reliant on what comfort brings us that we forget the pride and accomplishments that stem from what is uncomfortable. We forget that growth truly lives in discomfort. When that blanket of comfort is removed, and we are exposed to new challenges in life, we develop the ability to learn who we really are.
Welcome to an episode of firsts! We not only have our first ever Q&A but we also are joined by our first guest host, Danielle Hunter. We talk about 5 year plans, fatherhood, and emojis! We certainly covered a lot and look forward to doing it again. Enjoy our first but not last Q&A.
We want it now! We want the results. We want the rewards. We want it to be easy. We want it to happen after we think it. But that's not reality. Patience is more than just waiting. Patience is what you do in the time you have to wait. Where is that time spent and how is it affording you to get the results you're looking for. Patience is something that we are challenged with because we live in a society now of the faster the better. Instant over slow cooked. Next day delivery. Post it, like it. The best things are built in patience. The best, most fulfilling rewards stem from patience. Understand success and growth aren't linear. The journey goes up and down and you don't get to the top without patience.
We can call it being in a rut, or doing the same ol' same ol'. We trick ourselves into thinking it is normal and just a part of being an adult. We wake up and do the same thing and get the same results and just coast through the days. Why? Because you have allowed and tricked yourself into feeling stuck. Being stuck is a trap that a lot of us fall into and once we allow that feeling to overtake us, we settle further and further into a state complacency. So how do we escape this feeling? How do we get unstuck? As two guys who have felt stuck, we give you a first hand look on the ways to escape and to totally flip the script and go from being stuck to thriving.
What are your values? How do they present themselves to you in your every day life? Our values can be like our moral compass that guides us throughout our days. But how do we know the direction we are taking is a reliable one? Developing your values is an ongoing process that we have to constantly evaluate. We as people grow, therefore, our values must change as well. Values must match growth or the journey can become messy. So grow and evolve and expect your values to do the same.
On this weeks episode, we sit down with the very busy Jay Rousseau. Jay is a business owner at Thermodynamics, Director of Coaching for Enfield Soccer Association, and most importantly, a fantastic husband and father. We also get into his role in the ESA and how he uses his skills as a father and transfers them to the pitch. We had a lot of fun and a great conversation with an old friend, so sit back and enjoy our conversation with Jay!
Self Doubt is a learned behavior that often times has a control over us that is beyond our understanding. We just think it is a part of who we are and allow it to impact our lives. Instead of accepting self doubt, make the effort to conquer your limiting beliefs and change your state. The self doubt traits that are wired into your brain can be retaught and you can have complete control over your new engagements. So stop the doubt and start the work on making yourself a more confident individual.

Is reflecting something that we do with intent and purpose or just an exercise we do when our mind wanders? Reflection is a great tool to make the proper adjustments for what is to come. We need to reflect on the past to get ready for the future. There is immense value in reflection. So this week, make the time to think back on those fond or maybe not so fond memories and look for the value, not just the story.
Ohhhh baby! It may be the most fun topic we have done to date. Lets talk about Energy! Energy is any and everything that keeps us going in our lives. It comes from people, places, things, and everything in between. It is up to you on how you choose to take in and give out energy. What gives us energy allows us to have the reserves to put out the energy we want as well. It is something we can control but we have to be willing to eliminate the energy vampires in our lives and welcome the positive energy needed to grow and thrive. Enjoy this one, because we certainly did!
You ever get asked the question, what is your passion, but don't have the answer? Whether it is someone else, or you asking that, it is something that could cause some serious self questioning. That means it is time to really stop and consider what your passion is. How it helps you. How it helps others.
We often times make a healthy eating lifestyle seem like an insurmountable hill to climb. But really, if you break it down and just try to work with the basics, you really can create a very effective eating habit. We talk about the effects our nutrition has on our behavior, energy levels, and what foods provide you with what your missing in your daily consumption. Eating healthy shouldn't be hard or scary. Like every thing else, just find what you like and then execute the plan.
Why do we fear commitment so much? What is it about that word that gives so many people feelings of resistance and anxiety? Maybe it has more to do with the lack of understanding of where commitment starts within yourself. We too often allow ourselves to feel trapped because what we see waiting on the outside is growth. In order for us to grow we have to commit to many things within ourselves and to others. So we need to take that leap into commitment. Challenge ourselves to grow and change. And to do all of that knowing that you are committed to the journey is where you will finally understand yourself better than ever.
Today we are joined by Howie Coro. Howie has very interesting story as someone who took a very unique road to self discovery. From his days of chasing his dad's fire department on his bike to scenes, to basic training, to being a firefighter of his own in Italy, and becoming a entrepreneur, Howie has done a lot at his young age. Now he focuses on how he can help other people grow and have the same self discovery he has had. Sit back and enjoy our conversation with the very accomplished, Howie Coro!
We have so much going on in our lives that we often put ourselves in isolation, caught up in our own day to days. We allow this cycle to make us believe that we are in this cycle alone and often forget that we have people in our lives who can not only relate, but help. So how do we identify these people? How do we know we can lean on them, or trust them? How do we trust ourselves to trust them? We have to be able to allow ourselves to see where we want to go and who can be there with us on the journey. Who can keep our temperature up and keep us moving the right direction? Well, that decision is yours.
We are so excited to talk about todays topic! It is something that we have become big believers and practitioners in, meditation. Meditation has a certain perception due to the fact that it is extremely misunderstood. There is a feeling that a level of mastery has to be developed in order to have it be part of your routine. In reality, it is the exact opposite. We talk about our methods, the benefits to meditation, and how we feel it is perceived by the general public. We hope you guys enjoy this weeks episode on meditation.
The ability to strengthen our inner systems come from our intentions. The thing about having good intentions is, its like a trust fall for your life. For every decision you make, if you have good intentions, then you made the right decision. Its easy to get caught up in the result, but that is not what you should be basing your decisions off of. Intentions keep you on the right path. Its a path that you built for you and when that path seems long or a little confusing to navigate, if you have good intentions, then you will always find the right way to keep moving forward.
One of the best nights in our professional lives. We spent 2 hours inside of Cybulski Reintegration Center speaking with 50+ inmates. We walked through our “why”, structure, limiting beliefs, and self confidence. We give you all a glimpse into the prep, day of, and how we felt leaving that day and how it’s something that we are forever grateful for.
We often times focus too much on the destination and not the journey. We get so focused on what the finished product will look like that we forget to fully understand and appreciate all the steps it takes to have a finished product. Every thought. Every meeting. Every late night or early morning. There is no finished product without a process. The process is a grind and it can break you down at times. But it also sharpens your mind and creates a level of achievement nothing else can match. So enjoy the process. Embrace the journey for everything it is. And when you get the finish line, look forward to doing it all over again.
On todays episode we sit down with friend of the pod and overall amazing dude, Kevin Coughlin. Kev and his wife Tiffany started a non profit called 2 Feet 4 Good where they use ultra marathon running as a way to raise funds for families with large medical expenses. Kev just finished an incredible 250 mile race through Arizona to help raise funds for the Kennedy family. We sit down with Kev to discuss 2 Feet 4 Good, the challenges of such a grueling race, and what is next for him. We have so much respect for Kev and what he does and hope this gives you a quick look into the phenomenal work him and Tiffany are doing over at 2 Feet 4 Good.
We often let the hard road dictate our long term decisions. We face a hardship and think that is what is ahead for us so we make it easy in our minds to choose failure. But what happens if you choose to just push through the setbacks, questions, and failures and decide no matter the obstacle, you will not give up. This is where few people go. This is where success lies. You have to be willing to be uncomfortable on the journey and walk over all those who have given up before you. The road can be long and lonely but through it all it will be worth it if you just never give up.
Look at the brighter side! Yea, a little easier said than done. The fact is, being optimistic is a learned behavior. It is something that you develop at a young age and grow the skills on how you choose to utilize it. For those who are pessimists, the skill of being an optimist is seemingly unattainable. It is not because they don't want to be more optimistic, its that they don't know how. On todays episode, we talk about how to start to develop the habits to a more optimistic approach in our every day lives.
Don't allow yourself to be intentionally distracted to avoid dealing with that you truly need to overcome and adapt to. Vices are the built in excuses. They keep you from being emotionally available to yourself and others. And instead of looking at yourself in the mirror, you lean on the vices. You keep it around to protect you. Well starting today, strip those vices. Leave yourself exposed to get some scars and learn somethings about yourself. That is where the growth lies.
Vulnerability is often seen as a weakness from within. The fear of rejection or judgement looms in our decisions to show how it is we are truly feeling. So instead we compartmentalize our emotions and let it lead to poor mental health. But what if we decided to lean on the people we trust and have real conversations. What if we skipped past the surface level talk and got into the real life problems we have and struggle with. This is where true relationships occur. And if you are not sure on where to start, we are the perfect place.
"The first wealth, is health" - Ralph Emerson
We often misunderstand what our food is to us. We reach for the tastiest treats with the most underlying consequences. We view it as an in the moment decision rather than understanding that there are consequences to those decisions. We need to understand the importance that food has on us. On our moods, our well being, how we think, how we age, and so on. Food is fuel. It provides us everything we need to function at a high frequency. But are we choosing the right fuel and thus operating at our highest frequency.
What a conversation we have on deck for you today! We sit down with the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at St Johns Prep, Bill McSheffrey. Billy goes into his program at St Johns Prep and how it has evolved over the six years he has been there. His success in the program speaks for itself, but to hear him talk about all his practices that he takes with his young athletes is extremely inspiring. Pull up a chair and give this one your undivided attention because there is value here for all.
How do we develop trust? Why is it something that we struggle with so much? Trust is something takes time to most. We often have reservations based off of predetermined notions. This can stem from within ourselves and then it is projected on to others. So lets take the first step into becoming more trusting of ourselves and have that be the groundwork to trust others.
Having a healthy, loving marriage is one of the most fulfilling things a person can experience. But it is much more than an "I do" on a date you claim as your own and a life a rainbows and butterflies that follows. It is something that you have to treat with the upmost importance and priority in your life. It takes a tremendous amount of work and attention to make your marriage as successful as possible but it can still be an incredible journey with the most fun you'll ever have.
Setbacks are what you perceive them to be. Are they temporary or permanent? How can you decide or decipher between the two? It is all about how you use the setbacks. In order to have setbacks you first have to be working towards something. With no purpose or journey, there are no setbacks. But without setbacks there is no journey or purpose.
On todays episode we sit down with the very insightful Tom Clark. Tom is a former Army paratrooper and medic as well as a retired law enforcement officer. Tom takes us through his journey to discovering his purpose in law enforcement and the challenges that came with it. In his career, Tom has experienced many high stress situations where he had to demonstrate an incredible amount of composure and balance with his though process. Tom does a great job giving us some great insight on how he was able to have such a long and successful career, all while maintaining the mental clarity he has to this day. We hope you enjoy our conversation with Tom Clark.
Talk that talk!
How do you talk to yourself? Are you someone who is influenced how others feel and in turn use that as a standard for how you internalize your own thoughts? In order to have positive self talk, you have to ask yourself the right questions to answer. You have to choose to understand the power of the words you say to yourself as if they are the words of your best friend. When you do that, you will see the value in your self talk and how it truly shapes your day.
“Strange isn’t it? You know yourself better than anyone else, yet you crumble at the words of someone who hasn’t even lived a second of your life. Focus on your own voice; it’s the only one that matters.”
Confidence may be the one thing in our lives that comes from within but it mostly dictated by others. On todays episode, we talk about the ways to flip that script and understand how to not only create confidence but to understand its roots. Confidence stems from other factors in our lives. It is not something you are born with, it is developed. If we do not take the proper steps to understand its development, it will be stunted and its ability to grow and flourish in our personalities will be diminished.
In order to chase your dreams, you have to accept a few things. It won't be easy, people won't understand, and you have to love the journey as much as the results. It takes something special to be able to accept these things and still wat it, to still chase it. So make the decision today to be that person who is special. Who is different. Who will take today and make it the starting point to not being normal.
“Dream small dreams. If you make them too big, you get overwhelmed and you don’t do anything. If you make small goals and accomplish them, it gives you the confidence to go on to higher goals” -John Johnson
Combating overwhelm is a tall task. We tend to be paralyzed by what could happen next to us that we are afraid to act. When in reality, the steps that we should take are very manageable and often require minimal "effort." We have to be able to understand when we need to step back and take the time to give ourselves the proper maintenance to aid us getting our mindsets back on track.
We have to start taking more ownership of our time and not let what is ahead of us dictate our current moments. Being present is something that all of us can improve on. We live in a society that thrives on distractions and you often train your mind to look for distractions instead of having clarity. So this week, we challenge you to take 15 minutes, distraction free, and be present with the people around you.
We all deal with stress, but are we dealing with it the right way? On todays episode, we talk through what stress is to us and some ways we navigate it. There are many ways that stress impacts our lives but once we figure out how to address it constructively, our energy output will drastically improve. We all have different things that can cause us stress, but the ways to fix it can be universal.
"To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment." -Ralph Emerson
On this weeks Model Mindset Monday, we discuss what individuality really means. Find your unique characteristics and celebrate them. If everyone in the world was the same, it would be a pretty boring world to live in.
"Social media is not bad. How people choose to use social media is bad." - Mel Robbins
On todays episode, we sit down and talk about the most polarizing thing in our world today, social media. Social media has a tendency to dictate our moods, decision making, and personalities. It knows what we like and what we don't and is designed to use that information to give us more or less of those topics. So how do we use it? Do we use it to enhance our moods and personalities? Or do we fall into the trap of social media and use it for comparisons, jealousy, and judgement? What we don't understand is that choice is ours. We can design how we consume social media. So ask yourself this, are you using social media the right way or the wrong way?

In a unique episode of the Model Mindset, BG and John sit down and instead of talking about facts and steps, we have our very own Q&A. What about? Regrets. Everyone has them. Sometimes they are embarrassing, sometimes they taught us a lesson, and others, we just don't speak of. Bottom line is, everyone has regrets. But how do we chose to use them as we grow as people? Regrets are personal and often make us reflect negatively on our past, but it is a decision you have to make to take those reflections and use them to teach you lessons you will carry with you into the future and use as a positive. The one regret you don't want to have today is missing this episode!
We all would likely categorize our lives as happy but what does that truly mean? What goes into the day to day that makes our lives happy? If we were to really think about our days would we then be able to point out moments of true happiness or would it be clouded by stress and anxiety? These are all questions we should reflect on to make our lives are what we think they are. Happiness is a journey. It takes work and discipline to discover and achieve. In order to achieve it you must possess certain habits and rituals. So lets dive in and determine what we need in our own lives to be happy.

Long term. Short term. Big. Small. They all take planning and they all take work, but when you set out and create a goal, don't let anything keep you from achieving it. We have a tendency to get a little intimidated by goals because they can seem lofty. That's not intimidation, that's a challenge. A challenge you are making to yourself to break through your potential and show yourself and everyone in your life, that goals aren't achieved by wishing, they are achieved by believing.
