Once you deal with betrayal, how do you overcome the effects of being betrayed? Betrayal is often difficult to overcome, especially when it comes from family, friends or a spouse. The effects are long lasting and cause many of us to have trust issues. We will explore betrayal and how do we bounce back from it's effects.
Why do we rely on other people to be our hype men? Many of us, especially Millennials and Baby Boomers, rely on the feelings of everyone else for their success but never their own feelings. We should all be proud of our bodies. Our bodies are our outside representation of our innerselves. There are times others make us feel ashamed of our bodies and it effects our self-esteem and pysche. We tend to beat ourselves up or try to lose weight in order to impress others. We actually need to embrace our curves and learn to apperciate our wonderful bodies. This week we will address Body Postivity and address aspect of body shaming. Have you ever been body shamed by a familly member or friend? Do you feel comfortable in your skin or ashamed of your body due to being body shamed. We will address this in this week's eposide.
We all enter various relationships in our lives. Some become friends. Some become acquaintances. Some business partners. Others significant others. But how much can people really take before asking themselves, "have this relationship run its course?" On this episode of The Brothers Podcast we examine and discuss how we know when to hit the door. Were you once close friends? Were you frenemies? We will examine how people who were once friends are now bitter enemies.
