Feeding kids can be hard and frustrating. Registered and Licensed Dietitian, Augusta McClean helps demystify how much a child actually needs to eat in a day plus tips for dealing with a picky eater.
Parenting can often bring with it challenges and strong emotions that don't always make sense in the moment. Professional counselors, Mike and Kayla lead us through some thoughtful exercises to be sure we are connecting with ourselves and, as appropriate, our inner child so we can show up well in our parenting.
