The 2 common reasons I don't want you to use the weight scale as the primary tool for tracking weight loss. I explain how daily weigh-ins might not provide an accurate representation of what's changing in the body. Instead, I recommend weighing only every four weeks and supplementing this with other forms of measurement like tape measure measurements, BIA scales, progress photos, and tracking vitals from smartwatches. All these additional methods are more helpful in showing the real progress and improvement. * 00:56 The Problem with Weighing Yourself Too Often * 01:50 The Emotional Impact of the Scale * 02:45 Why the Scale Doesn't Tell the Whole Story * 03:57 The Importance of Timing * 04:19 How to Use Other Forms of Measurement
