We want you to be able to walk away with actionable steps that you can start implementing today if your goal is fat loss from this episode.

We cover the 3 main drivers of fat loss - nutrition, exercise, and biofeedback.

Nutrition is going to be #1, because you have to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. Meaning you have to eat less calories than you burn.

Eating adequate protein.

Not dieting all the time.

Then biofeedback - my clients fill out a weekly questionnaire that dives into how they’re feeling. How is there sleep, energy, stress, libido - all of these things are health markers you should pay attention to.

Are you getting enough sleep?

Are you an adrenaline junkie running on high intensity exercise, high stress, and caffeine?

Are you managing your stress? We don’t say this lightly, but this should probably be the highest priority. Chronic stress has been linked to many diseases. You need to deal with the stuff in your head.

Stress is not necessarily a bad thing - and we could do a whole podcast on stress, but you have to play the balancing game with stress.

Then, training and exercise. You can just diet, but you’ll likely lose some muscle mass and you won’t get the body you are actually after.
