It's been an incredible 12-months for Drew Vincent inside and outside the walls of Empower.

Across the weekend of February 4-6, Vincent finished as the 'assist' in the Brimbank Park Ultramarathon event - 26 hours, 10 minutes in temperatures of 35 degrees.

Drew Vincent is embarking on a 24-hour Maribyrnong River Run on April 1. Following on from the Murph8 Challenge. Drew was inspired by Jimmy McArthur and wants to continue laying the foundations and platforms for men to open up, be vulnerable, and have heartfelt discussions that he (and many other men) have spent much of their lives shying away from.
