Aug 7th, 1985 - 5 family members over 3 generations were gunned down in the middle of the night. The only surviving member of the Bamber family was found guilty of committing the murders. He is currently serving a life sentence which is very uncommon in the UK. But is Jeremy Bamber truly guilty?

In the super late hours of November 7th 1983, David Hendricks embarked on a work trip to Wisconsin to help promote his own patented brace while his family was left sleeping in Illinois. The next day, David is unable to get a hold of his wife Susan throughout the day. After close to 24 hours of no contact, police found the family gruesomely murdered in their beds.
Is David the killer?

Mary Lynn Witherspoon was a well-loved French teacher in the town of Charleston, South Carolina. She was a true "Southern Belle". Unfortunately, she caught the deadly attention of an ex-boyfriend's child who ended up stalking her for 23 years before murdering her.

It was a cold and stormy night when 9 year old Asha Degree left her home in the early hours on February 14, 2000. She was seen by several witnesses to be walking down Highway 18, but when one Good Samaritan tried to talk to her she ran into the woods to never be seen from again. Now, nearing the 23rd anniversary of her disappearance, law enforcement still has not had any clear leads on where Asha is. No one knows why Asha left her home that night. Will we ever find out?

This episode we finish up this case by discussing the investigation of police and the suspects that just didn't pan out.
Elizabeth Short was sadly only 22 years old when she died. She had aspirations to become famous in Hollywood but tragically this dream never came true. Due to her raven black hair, color choice for fashion, and a movie released the year before: Beth was given the name "the Black Dahlia". 76 years later, Beth's murder is still considered unsolved although there have been several people the police have been interested in, but never publicly named.
