Independence is an excellent skill/ quality to have, however, Communication and teamwork is just as important!
Sometimes you will face situations where you need to work with other people to get things done. There are so many benefits to working as a team such as, gaining a new perspective, working efficiently, and building trust and friendships!
I personally find it a lot more fun to go through the process of trial and error together!
