Recounting the times God showed up for me tremendously so that you and I are encouraged.
God wants the best for us but sometimes the best means He says no to what our heart wants. When God says No, be rest assured His Yes is a way better option
We will face challenges at certain points in our journey and we can choose to remain joyful.
A Christian at work is expected to be exceptional. Here are ways to achieve that; 1. Excellence - Proverbs 22:29 2. Punctuality- Colossians 4:5 3. Be open to Learning and unlearning - 2 Timothy 2:15 4. Respect Authority - Romans 13:1 5. Do not engage in gossip - Proverbs 20:19 6. Do not wait for applause - Ephesians 6:6 7. Pray for the company - Psalm 122:6 8. Lend a helping hand - Proverbs 3: 27 9. Show gratitude 10. Remain Cheerful- Proverbs 17: 22
- Call and text them often2. Celebrate their birthdays, anniversary, new job, etc3. Be with them in moments of grief - job, death, loss4. Chip in with their projects - school, moving to a new apartment, wedding etc5. Pray for and with them6. Listen and encourage them7. Pay them a visit once in a TL8. Tell them you love them9. Extend the courtesy to their parents, family, loved onesFriendships , relationships are in phases and how we relate to one differs from the other .
I know that society has created these standards of what should be and when it should, I’d love this podcast to inspire you to live outside these norms and make whatever dream you have come true. Today is a good day to begin, it’s your morning
I had a really bad day. It’s the first day of my last week to be physically at work and without even realizing it, my heart was flooded with so much emotions. I hope by sharing that you’d know that you’re not alone , that it’s okay to mourn the end of something you love and that it gets better. The end of a chapter could signal the beginning of another, a more beautiful one❤️
