En estos días se me ocurrió tocar mi guitarra usando mi mascara de Scream solo por diversión ya que mi pequeño hermano y yo somos fanaticos de esa pelicula y también de su parodia (Scary Movie), y luego pensé "debería grabar usando esta mascara y subir los videos a 3speak y Hive. I've been practicing a bit with my guitar already after having changed the strings and harmonized it. These days it occurred to me to play my guitar using my Scream mask just for fun cause my little brother and I are fans of that movie and also of its parody (Scary Movie), and then I thought "I should record using this mask and upload the videos to 3speak and Hive. This time I share my guitar solo cover of the song Talk Dirty To Me by Poison. This is a band that became very famous in the 80's and nowadays some of their hits are still very well remembered and recognized by their fans. I first heard this song when I was a teenager, and I'm sure that many of us who play Guitar Hero III know it quite well as it is part of the playlist of that amazing game.
I used to record my covers in a place where there was a lot of natural light reflection, but the place where I am currently recording is very closed, so there is no natural light at all. So I was reinventing and playing with the artificial lights that I have at my disposal at the moment to make this video look as well lit as possible, although besides that with the phone that I record does not give me much to make a HD video without noise in the image in closed places. I was watching and continue watching videos on youtube to improve them until I get better tools. You can leave me suggestions or tips in the comments.
I thought about making a section called "Solo of the Week", but maybe I will change it to "Solo of the Day" sometimes. So let's enjoy the music!
En esta ocasion les comparto mi cover del solo de la canción Talk Dirty To Me de Poison, una banda que se hizo muy conocida en los 80' y que hoy en día algunos de sus exitos siguen siendo muy recordados y reconocidos por sus fanaticos. Esta canción la escuché por primera vez en mi adolescencia, y estoy seguro que muchos de los que jugamos Guitar Hero III la conocemos bastante bien ya que forma parte del playlist de ese fantastico juego.
Anteriormente solía grabar mis covers en un lugar donde habia mucho reflejo de luz natural, en cambio en el sitio donde me encuentro grabando actualmente es muy cerrado, por lo que hay un alcance nulo de luz natural. Así que estuve reinventandome y jugando con las luces artificiales que tengo a mi alcance en este momento para que este video se viera lo mejor iluminado posible, aunque además de eso con el tlf que grabo no me favorece mucho para hacer un video HD sin ruido en la imagen en lugares cerrados. Estuve y sigo viendo videos en youtube para mejorarlos hasta que consiga mejores herramientas. Pueden dejarme sugerencias o recomendaciones en los comentarios.
Pensé en hacer una sección llamada "Solo de la Semana", pero tal vez lo cambie en ocasiones a "Solo del Día". Asi que vamos, ¡A disfrutar de la música!

Paramore es una de las bandas que mas seguia en mi adolescencia. Han pasado algunos años y aun siguen esas canciones en mi playlist. Tienen un estilo punk, rock, pop, rock alternativo. En lo personal su ultimo album no me atrapó como los anteriores.
A pesar de que desde el 2010 algunos de sus miembros incluyendo miembros fundadores Josh y Zac Farro decidieron dejar la banda no fue sino hasta el año 2018 donde se oficializó un largo receso anunciado por su vocalista Hayley Williams.
En esta oportunidad les presento un cover que hice en guitarra de uno de los sencillos que forman parte de su album Brand New Eyes titulado Playing God

Esta es mi primera participación en el Hive Open Mic. Contento de estar acá compartiendo con todos ustedes personas talentosas que hacen vida semanalmente en esta grandiosa comunidad musical. Es el primer cover que grabo en mi nuevo set de grabación y con este tipo de edición. Espero les guste el resultado tanto como a mi!!
En esta oportunidad hice un cover de New divide, una canción que forma parte del soundtrack de Transformers: la venganza de los caídos. Esta cancion fue lanzada el 18 de mayo del 2009. Un mes antes del estreno de la pelicula. La adaptación del video de la canción fue magnifica con esos efectos de tipo mecanicos que le dieron para relacionarlo con la tematica de la pelicula.
Luego del exito que tuvo What I've Done en la pelicula de Transformers, el director Michael Bay les solicitó a l a banda Linkin Park que se encargaran de crear los principales temas que se usarían para el soundtrack en la saga de peliculas de transformers. Personalmente me encanta la combinacion de esta gran banda con esta saga de peliculas.

This time I made a cover of New divide, a song that is part of the soundtrack of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. This song was released on May 18th, 2009. A month before the premiere of the movie. The video adaptation of the song was magnificent with those mechanical type effects that were given to relate it to the theme of the movie.
After the success of What I've Done in the Transformers movie, the director Michael Bay asked the band Linkin Park to be in charge of creating the main themes that would be used for the soundtrack in the saga of Transformers movies. Personally I love the combination of this great band with this movie saga.

Hey Hivers! In this time I share with you my cover of the song "Happier". It is a song by the American music producer Marshmello and the British band Bastille. Written and produced by Marshmello, with lyrics by Dan Smith and Steve Mac, it was released by the Astralwerks record label on August 17, 2018. The song managed to position itself at number two on the UK Singles Chart in the UK and number 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States, then dropped to number 6 and then climbed to number 2 on that list being the highest position of the song, becoming the song with the highest position for Marshmello both in the UK and in the United States. It is also Bastille's highest song, as well as in both listings, surpassing the number 5 of his last single "Pompeii" in the 2013 Hot 100 and tying his position number two in the UK list.

This is my entry for week 7, round # 4 of the Hive Music Festival. I made an instrumental adaptation on the guitar of the Kimetsu No Yaiba opening. Their manga began in 2016, although it wasn't until 2019 that they created their anime adaptation, and that was when I saw it for the first time. In my opinion I liked it so much. Although there is one or other characters (Zenitsu) who fill patience sometimes. But everything can't be perfect. I recommend it to anime lovers or followers.
Esta es mi entrada para la semana 7, ronda #4 del Hive Music Festival. Es una adaptacion instrumental en la guitarra del opening de Kimetsu No Yaiba. Su manga comenzó en el año 2016, aunque no fue sino hasta el 2019 que crearon su adaptación al anime, y fue cuando lo vi por primera vez. En mi opinión es muy bueno, uno de mis favoritos hasta ahora. Aunque hay uno que otros personajes (Zenitsu) que colman la paciencia en ocasiones. Pero no todo puede ser perfecto. Se lo recomiendo a los amantes o seguidores del anime.

En particular tengo gustos musicales variados, y una de esas variables son las canciones de las decadas de los 60' en adelante. Mi abuelo solía escuchar las canciones de Frank Sinatra y the beatles, vaya joyas. Entre otros. Veo de quien heredé tan majestuosos gustos. En esta oportunidad hice un cover instrumental en guitarra de la canción Hey Jude de la famosísima banda revolucionaria The Beatles. Espero que les guste y disfruten!
This is my entry for the Retro Music initiative. I think it is a great initiative to bring back great classics of the last decades to our new generation. In particular, I have varied music in my playlist, and one of those variables is songs from the 60s onwards. My grandpa used to listen to the songs of Frank Sinatra and the Beatles, those gems. Among others. I see from whom I inherited such majestic taste in music. This time I made a guitar instrumental cover of the song Hey Jude by the famous revolutionary band The Beatles. Mis ilusiones es una canción del dúo venezolano “San Luis”, conformada por “Luigi” Castillo y Santiago Castillo (antiguos miembros de la famosísima agrupación “voz veis”, la cual tuvo origen en la ciudad de Maracaibo, Venezuela. Hasta su separación en el año 2010,) junto a sus antiguos compañeros de voz veis y al rapero también oriundo de Venezuela “Apache”. Pues hace su aparición en el episodio #74 de Dragon Ball Super, haciendo de protagonista de la película “El gran saiyaman vs Mr. Satán”. More Than Words is a famous ballad originally written and performed by the rock group Extreme. It is characterized by being acoustic around the intricate guitar of Nuno Bettencourt and the excellent voice of Gary Cherone (with the backing vocals of Bettencourt) was published in 1990 on the album Extreme II: Pornograffiti.
"More Than Words" es una famosa balada escrita y realizada originalmente por el grupo de rock Extreme. Se caracteriza por ser acústica entorno a la intrincada guitarra de Nuno Bettencourt y la excelente voz de Gary Cherone (con los coros de Bettencourt) fue publicada en 1990 en el álbum Extreme II: Pornograffiti.
On March 23, 1991, "More Than Words" reached the US Billboard Hot 100 at number 81 and soon after reached number one, thus being one of the band's biggest hits. It also managed to reach number two on the UK Singles Chart, where the band was successful before its discovery in America. Although they had done some gigs in the European states before, this led to the band's first success in the United States.
El 23 de marzo de 1991, la cancion "Mas que palabras" recala en los Billboard Hot 100 de los EE.UU en el puesto 81 y poco después alcanzó el número uno, siendo asi uno de sus mas grandes exitos de la banda.
