If you couldn’t tell, it’s been a very hot minute since I’ve done an episode due to the loss of my childhood dog, Penny. For a while I didn’t feel inspired and also didn’t know how to come back from losing her. Thankfully, Hannah was willing to do this comeback episode with me where we talked about school, my freshman year experiences, her junior year experiences, and how we’re preparing for another long school year.

Since I feel like I’ve been talking about lots of dark and random topics on this podcast, I’ve decided to lighten it up and talk about things that have been making me happy recently, and stuff that just makes me happy in general.

Besides rambling about wanting to post on YouTube more for the first half of the episode, I decided to talk about something in the rest of the episode that I surprisingly, rarely talk about which is when I went to private school. Lots of people have this stigma around them that they’re so much better and this and that nonsense. Thankfully I’m here to debunk all of that (and slowly lose my very tired mind) in the process.

I don’t know how much more obvious I can make it but I have no thoughts going on in my noggin right now, so just sit back, relax, and enjoy my rambling about how I sort of miss swimming, and how grateful I am for this past year of being a podcaster.

Since I was gone last week without notice, I figured I would talk about as to why, since it had such an important significance on me, and such an impact on my mental health. If you are sensitive to any grief and depression related content, please avoid listening.

Since I have finally completed my first year of high school, aka the dreaded freshman year, I decided to share some things that I learned and break some sigmas around high school as a whole. I also share some pretty hefty decisions I’ve made about Uncl0uded Productions, and the YouTube channel.

since i went to prom with my dearest friend hannah, i decided to share my opinions on how every was, and if underclassmen should even be going to prom at all. i also get into some business about my…business.

when people think of aging they think of botox or plastic surgery, but in this episode i focused more on how people’s “lives” age as they grow up and get older, and how people have noticed that i have aged oddly slow.

same content. same victoria. tune in every wednesday where i will share whatever topic, random story from five years ago, or silly little thought that comes through my head.

since i’m hopefully going to be driving soon since i’m going to be turning the big one six, i decided to share my fears about getting on the road and some things that i’m excited about, and the reason why my family and friends would make terrible driving instructors.

since things have been going pretty well in my life and i’ve been “winning” i wanted to talk about how sometimes after good things happen to me feel guilty or simply nothing at all. we always anticipate and dream of our goals coming true, but does it always feel as good as we tend to imagine it?

since i experienced a personal loss in my family not too long ago, i wanted to share and talk about why i think it’s important to not take life for granted no matter how big or small things are going. in this episode i also talked about how death is very different than it is portrayed in the media than in real life, and how nobody really knows what it’s like to die.

here i am once again talking about a sport that still haunts me even though i quit it six months ago. i constantly keep asking myself if i made the right decision or not, but in some situations, there is no wrong or right answer. only time will tell.

after months and months of having this podcast being called “yours truly, victoria,” and having somewhat tacky cover art, i have now decided to close this chapter of the podcast, and rebrand it.

so…not even half of my oscar predictions were even correct, and a bunch of them were movies that i haven’t even heard of and i don’t know how to feel and the austin gorgeous butler lost?! i’m confused and i hope you are confused by all of the this so we can share our confusion together and cry about how the elvis movie won nothing.

if you couldn’t tell already, i’m very exhausted from these past few weeks and i want to wait a little bit more before i film my mortality episode. this week i’m basically talking about a weird encounter i had at school, and things that have been going on in my life recently.

Since the Grammys happened not too long ago, Hannah and I decided to come back with an updated version of our Grammys prediction episode. Tears were shed, crap was talked, and bands were broken up. Listen to what Hannah and I have to say about all of this drama.

Have you ever had very deep thoughts about your future and what you want to do for the rest of your life? Well, me too. In this episode, I ramble a lot about how swimming influenced a lot of my decisions for the past few years, and since I don’t have that thing to put “first” before myself I don’t know what to do. I also mention how I’m having a crisis about my aesthetic and how I want to present myself and be perceived. I hope you enjoy unpacking all of the heavy baggage in this episode.

In this episode I talk about my opinions on the Oscar nominations and manifesting Austin Butler and Baz Luhrmann’s Oscar win all while slowly losing brain cells. It’s a never ending loop of chaos here.

I’ve talked about this topic vaguely throughout many episodes, and now I’m finally having one big episode talking about my opinions and views of having children. Obviously my views may be very different from others since I’m an only child, and the goals I want to accomplish in my life, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have both success and children. But it also brings up more questions. Am I built for having my own children? Am I capable of tolerating them? Only time will tell.

since i wanted to be like the cool kids and follow the trends, i figured that i would hop on the bandwagon and add to the huge list of, “what would send a victorian era child into a coma”. in my opinion, i think my list is pretty dang good, even though half of my list almost sent me into a coma.

Since life has been pretty good to me lately, I just wanted to talk about the one thing that has been on my mind: my reactions. Now don’t get me wrong, I am extremely grateful for everything that I have earned, but when I receive it, I don’t react as big and bold as I expected in my head. Am I overthinking it? Or am I just not that thrilled in the moment? Will me thinking and talking about this even matter in a year or two? Probably not.

Within my 15 years of living, I have accumulated my opinions of what it’s like growing up as an only child. Is it as bad as the media portrays it? Or is it a luxury for kids who were born lucky? Whether you grew up with siblings or not, you should listen to my unfiltered opinion on the pros and cons without having siblings.

Since Hannah and I have been friends for quite a while, we decided to reflect on how we became friends and shared some of our good and bad memories while being on the swim team. Even though it was agony for us, it’s now entertainment for you.

as the end of the year approaches, we are all struggling with one thing: motivation. whether it’s school, a job, or a goal that we are trying to achieve, staying on track at the end of the year is challenging. in this episode, i go over why people get unmotivated so easily, and how we can stay motivated this upcoming new year.

for me personally, autumn and winter are the worst seasons for me mentally. as the days get shorter and the sun is out less and less, it’s hard to stay happy when it feels like there isn’t enough time to do anything. in this episode, i talk about how nothing lasts forever and that if you remind yourself that there is a light at the end of every tunnel, everything will be okay and you will be able to dig yourself out of these tough emotions.

View Details

can you tell that i took melatonin before filming this? even though i am very tired during this episode, i wanted to share my unpopular opinions with you even though my head is in the clouds. i probably made no sense whatsoever, so i apologize in advance. you guys seem to love it when i make no sense though, which is kinda weird but i ain’t complaining. i hope you enjoy whatever this mess is!

is it a good idea to accept people’s wrongdoings? or kick them to the curb? whatever it may be, i hope that my advice, (and research) will help you decide if you should keep that partner or one friend in your life. it all comes down to what they did and how you think. i’m just the person giving you the logical advice on what to do, and what not to do.

since hannah got voted to come back to the podcast, we decided to talk about the recent grammy nominations that just came out. do we think this award ceremony is a popularity contest? yes, but it’s always fun to talk about our favorite artists and try to predict who is going to win. we also talked about our favorite bands who just came out with amazing music that we hope you listen to! it’s so good, trust us.

View Details

can you tell that i filmed this 11:30 at night? well if you couldn’t, now you know. this episode probably didn’t make any sense, but what i was trying to say was that it’s weird how people change. whether it be for a relationship, job, or crush. we should never feel the need to change the way we look or our true selves to please someone. we are all perfect in our own special ways, and we should never get rid of that to impress or make others happy.

since technology did not work in my favor this week, here is a new episode that i unfortunately had to record twice. i really hope that this episode will help anyone that is going through a tough time right now, whether it be someone in your life recently passing, or trying to help someone you know out. i hope me talking about my personal experiences will help others talk about theirs. just remember it’s okay to reach out for help! mental health is just as important as physical health, remember that.

in the last episode that hannah was in, i promised her that she would be able to come back and talk about her favorite bands. well, she did! we also talked about a bunch of other things too, like school, driving, college, and much more! we had lots of fun recording this episode and i hope you enjoy the two of us rambling together!

we’ve all been through failure and know how much it sucks, but what we can’t do is let it eat us up. in this episode, i talked about what i do to help myself get out of a bad mindset and how to come back from a setback, and how i think the media is making people’s fear of failure worse. just remember that it’s okay to fail, and that it’s apart of life.

this one got a little too personal. i hope you enjoy listening to me rage about crocs, chess, and a bunch of other stuff. let’s just hope i don’t get canceled for my opinion on pasta though. as always, you’re entitled to your own opinion, this is just what i think.

was it the thrill of a lifetime? absolutely not. but did i try my best to manage everything even though my mind was in a different dimension? absolutely. this weekend i learned that homecoming isn’t really that fun, and to never try your friend’s cold medicine recommendation. i hope you enjoy this chaos!

i know 15 is not the most important age out of all of the important ages you can turn, but it’s a pretty big deal to me. it’s close to 16 which means that i am closer and closer to driving. am i scared? yes, but i’m going to enjoy being 15 as much as possible.

ever since i quit swim, i realized that i’ve picked up/noticed myself thinking and doing unusual things. some of those things consist of being scared of failure or trying to impress other people. whether i got those bad habits from swim or not, i decided to do an in-depth explanation of how or why i think/thought these things to myself. it sounds a little weird and confusing, but who knows, you might relate to one of them.

before i know it, school is going to get super hard and i’m going to have to take big girl tests. before i drive myself insane with all of the studying, i figured i’d talk about burnout and my experiences with it and hopefully give you some good advice to make you better at not driving yourself crazy.

since i’m planning on getting laser hair removal, i let my mind wonder a little bit and thought about other procedures, specifically plastic surgery. now, i’m not necessarily a person who is interested in changing their appearance too much, but i have been thinking about getting other things done to myself when i get older. is it worth it? will i go overboard with it? who knows.

yeah i never thought this day would come either. quitting sports is difficult, but people shouldn’t have to get shamed for it like i did. i hope that this will be part one of a little series because i just want to share with people that it’s okay to not love something that you’ve been doing for many years and have spent so much time, (and money) on. i hope i can go more in depth with this topic and share more. just remember, it’s okay to feel like this. stay tuned for more to come on this and i hope you enjoy this episode!

hey everyone! thank you so much for listening to this episode! i know it was kind of short, but what can you really say about your first few days of high school, especially as a freshman. i know i wasn’t as enthusiastic as i normally am, but that’s because i’m still trying to process and get used to everyone and everything. i promise you, i am very happy and excited, even though i don’t sound like it. and if you are a soon-to-be incoming freshman next year, i just want to let you know that everything will be okay! if i can do it, you can do it.

since i’ve had a pretty interesting summer, i figured i would dedicate this episode talking about how my summer was, and what i did these past few months, (besides starting this podcast and injuring my knee). once again, this episode somewhat turned into a slight rant, but hey, it’s fun to listen to.

thank you so much hannah for being on this episode and giving great advice to me, (and to you if your also going to be an incoming freshie). she will certainly be back for another episode so do not worry! i will say that after this interview that a lot of my fears have slimmed down, so now all i have to do now is wait for the first day of school, (and don’t worry, there’ll be an episode about that).

i’ve definitely had an interesting week. from having a flu + cold combo, to panic attacks and just not feeling myself. i know i kind of just ramble and tell stories and sort of just shift away from the actual topic of this episode, but i hope it helps someone. just remember that’s it’s okay to let it out sometimes.

since i’m less than a month out for my first day of freshman year, i figured that i would go through a few reasons as to why i am nervous and why everything seems so intimidating to me. do i get sidetracked a lot in this episode? yes but it’s entertaining to me.

about two months ago, i decided to download tiktok again after not having it for six months. i decided to download it again to see if anything had changed and a lot did. i wanted to share my thoughts and tell what i thought was good, bad, and ugly.
