With O's recent injuries, the month of June brings a huge challenge to the table as the Orioles play 40 games with no days off. In this episode we cover everything from the Orioles recent series to injuries, to the AL EAST division race, Angel Hernandez's retirement, and more.
Seattle super fan Kasey Welsh and I sit down and explain everything you need to know about the Mariners vs. Orioles series! With fun facts and more, we had a great conversation, and I enjoyed learning a lot about the Mariners!
While covering the As, Yankees, and Reds series vs. the Orioles, I got the pleasure to sit down with Fox 45's own Rocco DiSangro. Rocco is a Sports Anchor and Reporter for Fox 45 and you can even see him on The Ryan Ripken Show.

In this episode, I get the honor of sitting down with another member of the Ryan Ripken Show. This time it was Zach Bollinger, who is knowledgeable in ball and always knows how to have a great time. Zach and I sit down and talk about the recent Angels series and the slumps/accomplishments within this young O's team.
I get the honor to sit down with Michael Marcantonini. Michael is the play-by-play announcer for the Aberdeen Ironbirds. The Ironbirds are the High-A affiliate of your Baltimore Orioles. Michael and I conversed about the effects of Mental Health on people's careers. He also gives an amazing story about Kevin Brown, which is a must-listen! Hey Birdland, what a season it was for your 101-win Orioles! Winning the A.L. East and making it to the playoffs for the first time since 2016! Even two years ago, the O's had 115 losses. Come listen as me and Gino cover the playoffs, the Orioles breakdown (Not a pun) of the ALDS, more playoff results, stuff around the league, and even more free agency talk!
On September 28th, the Orioles would clinch the AL East division, with their 100th win of the season. When clinching the East, this also secured the 1 seed in the American League, which would be awarded to Baltimore. As, the O's dominate in the majors, I also talk about the Norfolk Tides amazing season, as they got to the championship game, again you'll have to listen to see if they won the Triple-A National title. Xavier Moore is a relief pitcher, who is in the Oriole's minor league system on the Aberdeen Ironbirds. Moore was drafted 16th out of high school to the Texas Rangers since he didn't end up committing to Ohio State University. Xavier was traded to the Orioles in 2019, and that's when his Orioles career began. In part 1 of the Xavier Moore interview, I sit down with him and talk about the goals he sets and his first exposures to baseball! I hope you enjoy, and tune in next week!

In the second episode of season 2, I dive deeper into mental health with Maxwell Costes. Costes is born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and now he has the opportunity to play for his favorite team growing up, which is the Orioles. I sit down with Maxwell and discover the path he has been through and the steps he has taken to improve his mental health and to where he is now in his career. Maxwell is a very smart human, and I am glad that I got the chance to sit down with him!
