Since then, she has traveled to 16 countries with an endless number of cities and as a single mother is training her 18 year old to become a global traveler as well. Paulette Erato is the host of La Vida Más Chévere: Through the Childfree Lens which is an inspirational podcast for all Spanglish-speaking, childfree Latinas y Latines to find their confidence—su confianza—by navigating a life free from the BS within our culture. To overcome these toxic roadblocks and the inevitable imposter syndrome they cause, Paulette questions our cultural norms around a LOT of things (like being childfree!) and also provides a platform for Latinas y Latines to feel heard and seen. Because if we could all learn to collectively get past the BS around remaining calladita and people pleasing, to actually create healthy boundaries (like choosing NOT to have children), wouldn’t that be rad?
