In a departure from our usual topics, Richard attempts to talk Charles off the ledge about the news surrounding Elon Musk's Twitter venture. It's not the condemnation you've likely seen elsewhere. We try to take his "Do 'hardcore' work or leave" message and connect it to our experiences as coaches and at various companies.
At the end of the day, we don't have $44 billion to throw away, and we do what we do... maybe there's some validity to Elon's strategy?
And yet we did! Take a dive alongside us, as we bring our own perspective to the Scrum v. Waterfall debate. Is Scrum inherently doomed to become the next waterfall? Is it being hijacked by executives and managers that believe Agile = Scrum? Does Scrum have a place in the future of software development?
After taking the summer off, we sit down and reflect on the state of the agile mindset and our own professional journeys. Put on your seatbelts, as we try to stay on course; we can't help careening off several hot topics. Did we arrive at our intended destination or accidentally find a more suitable one?

In our debut, we reflect on a post found on LinkedIN titled: 'Don't say these and expect to keep your Scrum Master'. These faux pas include:
- Organize the scrum events, that's your job
- You're responsible for keeping JIRA updated
- Focus on the process, don't worry about the product
- Retrospectives are useless
- You really don't contribute to delivery
- I'm not sure what you do around here
We each share our opinions on the matter along with our own experiences. There are no right or wrong answers, but we hope some of these points resonate with some of your experiences.
